Greenhouse is an important part of modern agriculture, which supplies the most appropriate condition for the growth of plant and avoids the influence from bad weather or seasons change. With the development of economics and technology and people's recognition to energy saving, the traditional greenhouse technology can't meet the need of production, which mainly embodies two points: the management and control strategy of greenhouse climate. Then, there's great importance to do the research of remote monitoring and energy saving strategy for greenhouse.Due to the status quo and shortage of the current greenhouse technology, B/S remote monitoring system based on embedded system for greenhouse has been designed and developed, which can achieve the cluster control and remote monitoring of greenhouse climate. Then, a climate model for greenhouse is confirmed, which can reflect the diversification trend of temperature and humidity accurately in experiment. In the end, the energy saving control strategy based on climate model is discussed.In summary, there are 3 tasks finished in the paper as follows:1. The Development of B/S Remote Monitoring System for GreenhouseIn the project, a B/S remote monitoring system for greenhouse is developed and the method of designment and implement are also expounded detailedly, including hardware and software. In this system seamless linkage was realized between bottom network for data collection and top part for information publishing through adopting embedded system based Linux OS, which established a technique foundation for the improvement of management and control for greenhouse, and supplied a flexible solution to solve the bottle-neck problem so-called "final one kilometer" phenomenon in application of agricultural information communication.2. The Research of Predictive Model for Greenhouse ClimateIn the department the climate model for greenhouse is analyzed and studied based on the former theory study from the view of heat balance principle. Some experiments were done for relevant climate genes in an experiment greenhouse, and then 15 parameters in the climate model were identified through using an improved PSO for the first time to ascertain the climate model for the experiment greenhouse. In the end, the model is proved to be effective through emulational experiment, which established a model foundation for predictive control of greenhouse climate.3. The Research of Energy Saving Control Strategy for Greenhouse Due to the growing importance to the development of greenhouse, energy saving control strategy for greenhouse has been studied. In the research, through the analysis of predictive control and temperature integration for the first time, the model-based predictive control (MBPC) of greenhouse climate for energy saving is put forward based on the predictive model. Through the qualitative analysis to MBPC and current control strategy, MBPC is proved to be better than the current control strategy PID in energy saving.
