| The technology for checking interior quality of the agricultural products is a key to grade exactly for farm produce with different mature degree. The traditional check means for Nanguo pear are eyeballing method and chemistry analytical method. Because the former one which has a bad objectivity is liable to the influence of environment and subjective factors, and the latter one which operates complexly and consumes long time is a destructive means, so we need to look for a objective and non-destructive technique for checking quality of Nanguo pear in order to grade exactly. This paper studies the non-destructive ways for checking quality of the Nanguo pear.The method for checking quality of agricultural products based on the color feature is a rising non-destructive means. Due to the near relationship between the epidermis color and the inner quality, we can reflect the inner quality of Nanguo pear by measuring its epidermis color. The digital imaging method which using the imaging and images processing technology to measure the samples color is an important means in the color measure field.The primary study work of this paper is as follows. Firstly, we designed a digital imaging measurement system to study the epidermis color, and then calibrated the color of system and the dial of light source. Through the experiments, we analyzed the stability of light source for long time working and the influence of change camera focus, and the results indicated that the stability of this system could meet the testing demand. Secondly, by comparing, we found HSV and CIE-LAB color space were better fit to measure the epidermis color of Nanguo pear. Through the experiments, we studied the influence factors of the color parameters including light intensity, focus, distributing of the epidermis color and surface curvature, and the experimental results shew that H, V and a parameter were not liable to the effect of these factors when the light intensity was between 11000 and 14000 lux. By studied and analyzed the correlative experiments, we fount that H and a parameter were fit for describing the epidermis color of Nanguo pear, and the results also approved that our study project had preferable feasibility and better resolving power. |
