This article is concenred with effect of immune activities by environmental changes(Cu2+ salinity Ammonia-N Vc) and ultrasonic irradiation on growth and feeding rates of Coelomactra antiquata, The results are summarized as follows:1. When Cu2+ condensation is 0.03 mg·L-1 , the activitiy of CAT is the highest (145.67±6.62), and increases 2.64% compared to controlled. When Cu2+ condensation is 0.06mg·L-1 , both the activities of ACP and ALP are the highest, the activity of ACP is 80.69±2.60 and increases 35.45% compared to controlled, the activitiy of ALP is 284.68±4.87 and increases 33.29% compared to controlled.2. The CAT activity of salinity 5 group is the highest (37.57±1.47) after 12h, and increases 3.13% compared to controlled. The ACP activity of salinity 5 group is the highest (29.63±2.10) after 48h, and increases 11.31% compared to controlled. Both activities of SOD and CAT of salinity 15 groups are the highest after 12h, and increase 27.77% and 14.38% individually compared to controlled.3. When Cu2+ condensation is 0.20mg·L-1, reactive oxygen species (ROS) of C. antiquata is the highest(65.23±7.32) and increases 3.23 times compared to controlled. ROS of salinity 5 group is the highest (20.46±2.27) and decreases 4.40% compared to controlled.4. When Ammonia-N condensation is 5 mg.L-1 the activities of ACP is the highest (19.46±2.22), and increases 69.20% compared to controlled. When Ammonia-N condensation is 10 mg.L-1, Activities of SOD and LSZ increase 30.96% and 96.46% individually, and activity of ALP increases 1.76 times compared to controlled.5. The activity of CAT of C. antiquat is the lowest when injected with the dosages of Vc 40μg.g-1, which decreased 32.30% after 8h. Activity of CAT is the lowest when fed with the latymonas subcordiformis contained 0.2gml·100-1 Vc, which decreased 18.99% compare to controlled. Compare with controlled, Certain concentration's Vc could enhance the activity of ACP and ALP.6. When Ammonia-N condensation is 20mg.L-1,·OH of C. antiquata is the highest (0.64±0.01) and increases 52.38% compared to controlled.·OH of C. antiquata is the lowest (0.32±0.01) when injected with the dosages of Vc 40μg.g-1, and decreases 59.46 % compared to controlled.7. Under the conditions of ultrasonic power 80w, frequency 20.4kHz. and ultrasonic exposure 30s, the growth rate of veliger larvae of C. antiquata raised 2.22% compared to controlled. Repeated ultrasonic irradiation could clearly affect on growth rate of veliger larvae of C. antiquata, when ultrasonic exposure time of 50s, The ingestion rate of veliger larvae of C. antiquata could be 0.77×10-5 mg.h-1and 5.13 times greater than that of the controlled. Under the optimum ultrasonic irradiation conditions of ultrasonic power of 60w and ultrasonic exposure time of 20s, the ingestion rate of C. antiquata juvenile could be 45.91×10-5 mg·h-1and 2.12 times greater than that of the controlled.
