This experiment was conducted by rhizome cutting tool to cut the Poa pratensis var. Anceps Gaud.cv.Qinghai growing 2 yeas in experiment plot of Grassland Institute ,Qinghai Academy of Animal Scince and Veterinary,The experiment was adopted 5 diffirent line distance designing treatment with transplant and clone technology.comparing individual plant of he Poa pratensis var. Anceps Gaud.cv.Qinghai with Alopecurus.pratensis L and Bromus inermis Leyss in space expending .The conclution is as following:1 Poa pratensis var. Anceps Gaud.cv.Qinghai can reap seads in growing year with clone way.There is significant difference for different line distance in plant traits,accumulation of aboveground and underground biomass and seeds yield((P <0.05).Maturity period of treatment group is prior to 2~6d than that of controlling group.Each treatment before boot stage is significant smaller than that of controlling group in plant height,tiller number,leaf number,leaf areas (P <0.05).The each idex of treatment gyoup increase rapidly after boot stage.The idex reach maximum for 50cm line distance (P <0.05).Each treatment increase slowly than that of controlling group in rhizome length,rhizome tiller bud number,aboveground,underground bimass before maturity.increase rapidly after maturity;seeds yield reach maximum for 50cm line distance.seeds yield is lowest for 30cm line distance.Summing up each index, Poa pratensis var. Anceps Gaud.cv.Qinghai is 15.53kg optimum treatment with clone in 50cm line disrance.The results showed that:There is significant positive correlation beween in accumulation of aboveground biomass and leaf number,tiller number,plant height,but there is significant positive correlation between line distance and accumulation of unferground biomass.Accumulation of aboveground,underground biomass can be described as formular:: BO =- 289.03 +0.123 NT +2.226 NL +1.649 H-2.389RS and BU =- 931.163-2.565 RS +2.644 LA +1.615 RL +0.274 RTB to estimated.2 The experiment of clone reproduction showed that there is significant difference for three rhizome grasses in tiller number,rhizome number,occupying areas with time passing (P <0.05).Tiller number of Poa pratensis var. anceps Gaud.cv.Qinghai can reach 68 per plant,24 per plant,731.2 cm2 respectively in first transplanting year. More than Alopecurus.pratensis L 12 per plant,2 per plant, 91.1 cm2 and more than Bromus inermis Leyss 22 per plant,5 per plant, 321.9 cm2 respectively. All three rhizome type grasses can mature in first year,among The Poa pratensis var. anceps Gaud.cv.Qinghai earlier than other two rhizome grasses.the space rate of expansion performance for the Poa pratensis var. anceps Gaud.cv.Qinghai > Alopecurus.pratensis L. > Bromus inermis Leyss; There is linear relation between tiller number and occupying areas for three rhizome grasses.there is component relation between average rhizome length and occupying areas.
