Five experiments were involved in this study,with the methhod of purine derivatives (PD)and Rumen Degradation,Mainly study the effect of different feed type on urinary excretion of purine PD and creatinine(C)of Boer-longlin hybrid goats;the relationship between PDC index and urinary excretion of PD,MCP and PD.Thus,establish the estimate model for Chinese Southward goat,in order to develop ruminant animal business.In the first experiment,to study the effect of feeding same level Elephant-grass(2.5kg/d) and different concentrate ration on urinary excretion of PD and creatinine of goat.Three goat (38±0.65kg)were selected,3×3 Latin square design was used in this experiment.Three concentrate ration levels(four treatments):A:0.5;B:0.34;C:0.18 kg/d.The results were: The apparent digestibility of DM,OM,CP and the aggradation nitrogen everyday were decreased when intake level of concentrate ration was decreased;Fecal,urine nitrogen and total nitrogen were significantly decreased by concentrate ration level(P<0.05);The fecal energy of treatment B is minimum,the urine energy is stable(P>0.05);The digestibility of energy ME/DE,%was very stable(P>0.05);Urinary excretion of PD was significantly decreased with the decreasing concentrate ration level(P<0.05),from 12.13 to 10.83mmol/d, reduced 10.7%,urinary excretion of xanthine and hypoxanthic is less than allontoin and uric acid;Urinary excretion of Creatinine was not significantly affected by concentrate ration level(P>0.05);PDC index was significantly decreased(P<0.05);but C[PD/(PDC)]was table. In the second experiment,to study the effect of feeding same level of DM Elephant-grass (0.71kg/d),different ration of concentrate and Roughage(Elephant-grass)on urinary excretion of PD and creatinine of goat.Three concentrate and roughage ration levels:A: (40:60,the roughage 2.84kg the concentrate 0.31kg);B:(50:50,the roughage 2.36kg the concentrate 0.39kg);C(60:40 the roughage 1.89kg the concentrate 0.46kg)kg/d.The results were:The apparent digestibility of DM,OM,CP and the aggradation nitrogen eceryday were most of the treatment of B(50:50),and significantly more than treatment C(P<0.05);The fecal energy of treatment B is maximum,the urine energy is stable(P>0.05);The digestibility of energy ME/DE,%was very stable(P>0.05);Urinary excretion of PD was significantly increased with the increasing concentrate proportion level(P<0.05),from 11.66 to 12.63mmol/d,enhanced 8.3%,urinary excretion of xanthine and hypoxanthic is less than allontoin and uric acid,and no significantly difference between treatment A and B;Urinary excretion of Creatinine was not significantly affected by the ration of concentrate and roughage;PDC index was significantly increased with the increasing concentrate proportion level(P<0.05);but C[PD/(PDC)]and[C]/per kg metabolize bodyweight were stable.In the third experiment,to study the effect feeding same basica feed(elephant-grass 2.5kg, the concentrate 0.34kg),and different urea ration on urinary excretion of PD and creatinine of goat.Three urea ration levels:A:0;B:3;C:6g/d.The results were:with urea ration increased,E-N decreased significantly and the apparent digestibility of DM,OM,CP and the aggradation nitrogen eceryday were increased(P<0.05);Fecal,urine nitrogen and aggradation nitrogen were significantly increased(P<0.05);The fecal energy dropped off,the urine energy is stable(P>0.05);The digestibility of energy ME/DE,%was stable too(P>0.05); Urinary excretion of PD was significantly increased,from 11.66 to 13.15mmol/d,renhanced 12.8%,urinary excretion of xanthine and hypoxanthic is less than allontoin and uric acid,and no significantly difference at all treatment;Urinary excretion of Creatinine was not significantly affected by urea ration level;PDC index was significantly increased(P<0.05).In the fourth experiment,the study of urinary excretion of PD and creatinine of goat at fast condition,The results were:endogenesis excretion of PD was 3.01±0.22mmol/d,also be 197.73μmo1 per kg metabolize body weight and endogenesis excretion of creatinine was 5.36±0.34mmol/d。 In the fifth experiment,determine to the degradability of concentrate A,concentrate B and elephant-grass with the method of rumen fistula nylon-bag.The results were:The DM efficient degradability of A,B and elephant-grass were 55.8%,49.6%and 40.7%;The OM efficient degradability were 69.2%,68.4%and 58.5%;The CP efficient degradability were 64.8%,64.4%and 46.0%.
