The water balance characteristics of 30a artificial forest of Pinus tabulaeformis studied in Daqing Moutain and the results indicate as the follows:1 the redistribution characteristics of the nature precipitation in the artificial forest stand show the rate of the canopy interception, precipitation in forest, stem-flow are separately 24.52%,74.81%,0.67% the nature precipitation. The intensity of the nature precipitation is most influence on the precipitation,the interception in the forest and the relative humidity in rainfall periods, relative humidity in plastochron, the last rainfall are the main meteorological factors for the stem-flow.The The relationship between the precipitation in forest and the forest density is in very significant negative correlation and between the canopy interception, runoff and the forest density is in very significant positive correlation.2 The seasonal dynamic changes of the soil water storage of Pinus tabulaeformis is related to the seasonal distribution the nature precipitation in growing season in Daqing Moutain and the soil water storage is greater in rainy season. The soil water storage at 0~60cm.Decreases as the forest density increases3 The surface runoff relates to the seasonal distribution of the nature precipitation in growing season and increases as the forest density in creases .4 The soil evaporation shows the seasonal change and it increases from May and to July, and it decreases from July to September. Total soil evaporation in 1365 stand/hm~2 forest land is the greastest and that in stand/hm~2,3536 stand/hm~2. is the lest in the test forest land .The soil evaporation reduces as the density increases.5 The forest transpiration shows the seasonal change and reduces as the forest density increases. Tho growing seasn.6 It could be feasible that the density range from 1365 stand/hm~2 to 3536 stand/hm~2 apply the cultivation of pinusta bulaeformis in Daqing Moutain.that the nature Precipifatiou coutd meet tho water demamd of the forest...
