A study was carried out on the influence of agrinomic variations, inner phytohormone, active constituents contents and yielding through spraying plant growth regulator named HKL-4 to leaves of Aconitum coreanum(Levl.) Raipaics of a local herb in Jilin Province which made seedling germination, and survival increased, flowering period ahead, chlorophyll content and yielding increased etc.. The result showed that:1. The best concentration was 30×stock of HKL-4.2. The rate of seedling germination, emergence and survival of the Aconitum coreanum were increased through seeds soaking. The seedling germination, emergence and survival were 83.2%, 59.56% and 50.2% respectively higher than CK by 38.65%, 34.7% and 58.8% under that concentration.3. There exists some effect on growth development, yielding, quality, inner hormone and chlorophyll content through the treatment of spraying HKL-4 to leaves.(1) It made plant height, stem thickness and leaves per plant increased; flower budding period and flowering period ahead; fruit mature rate higher; palisade tissue and spongy tissue thicker and rate of spongy tissue/palisade tissue increased branch root number, root length, root diameter and root height increased.(2) IAA content, GA4 content and CTKs content increased and ABA content decreased in leaves and roots.(3) chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate increased.(4) soluble sugar and protein in the above-ground parts and the subterraneous parts increased and soluble sugar of treatments were higher than those of CK by 46.7% and 58.9%, soluble protein were higher than those of CK by 41.3% and 74.4% respectively.(5) yielding, quality, dry rate and Guanfu Base A of root increased.
