| Uniform design and two-step hydrolysis method with pepsin -Pancreatin were adopted in the experiment to study the effects of the NSP enzyme activity and the composition on different NSP enzyme content and composition of digestible energy of the duck diet, verify it by biological methods and offer a shortcut of the best NSP enzyme additive for different duck diet.According to Uniform Design Table U*15(157), a formula was made in the first experiment. That is, five kinds of basic diets contenting different NSP as a control, while the five kinds of basic diets added into fifteen kinds of compound enzymes were looked upon as fifteen groups of experimental diets. Digestible energy of fifteen groups of experimental diets and basis control diet were mensurated with the method in vitro, established a regression equation between the content of four kinds of NSP enzyme and the value of in vitro digestible energy, optimized the solution and gained the best enzyme formula.The results showed that there was a significant correlation between diet composition and content of NSP with digestible energy in vitro without considering the premise of NSP interaction, the difference of diet composition and content of NSP, there is a marked difference of the best content of enzyme, and there is a significant regression relationship between the NSP enzyme and digestible energy in vitro of diets,without considering the premise of NSP interaction, presence a strong correlation between the accession of NSP and the content of diet NSP. Therefore, corresponding NSP content can be chosen in the light of different NSP composition and content of the diets.The second experiment was to research on the effect of performance of the two group of different Oil content and types of raw materials of duck diet adding the best NSP enzyme chosen from the first experiment. 1,200 one-day-old healthy Beijing ducks with the same weight randomly divided into 10 groups, four repeat of each group, 30 ducks of each repeat.10 repeats were: corn group(A1),low energy corn group(A2), low energy corn + 0.05% NSP enzymeâ… group(A3), low energy corn + 0.08% NSP enzymeâ… group(A4), low energy corn + 0.11% NSP enzymeâ… group(A5), wheat group(B1),low energy wheat group(B2), low energy wheat + 0.05% NSP enzymeâ… group(B3), low energy wheat + 0.08% NSP enzymeâ… group(B4), low energy wheat + 0.11% NSP enzymeâ… group(B5), respectively. The results indicated: corn as the main energy feed of duck diet, comparing with A2, groups of A3, A4 and A5 can significantly improve weight gain 5.11%, 5.56%, 6.04%, significantly reduc F:M 4.02%,4.33%,4.71%, improv gross profit of per duck 0.71,0.66,0.62 yuan, respectively, but contrasting with base diet A1, there was no significant difference of the whole F:M, individually improved gross profit of per duck 0.50,0.45,0.41 yuan. Wheat as the main energy feed of duck diet, B3, B4, B5 group compared with A2 group ,they can significantly increase weight gain 5.40%,6.04%, significantly reduce F:M 6.43 %. 4.24%,4.78%,5.20%, improve gross profit of per duck 0.74,0.73,0.68 yuan, respectively, but comparing with base diet B1, there was no significant difference of the whole F:M, individually improved gross profit of per duck 0.62,0.61,0.56. The results also showed: adding NSP enzyme into duck diets can significantly improve duck production performance, reduce feed costs and enhance economic efficiency.In conclusion, two-step hydrolysis method with pepsin–Pancreatin was the shortcut of filtrating the best NSP enzyme for different types base diet of ducks. |
