Taking advantage of the excellent absorption capability of palygorskite, develop a new soil amendment containing iodine.Improving the content of iodine in soil micro-environment and plants, build a safe, efficient and healthy agricultural measure to complement trace elements for bodies. The soil qualities and the level of ecosystem stability are reflected by the soil microbe community structure and composition,as well as the crop upgrowth. From the changes on kinds of soil microbial quantities, microorganism physiological activities, crop biomass, iodine content of plants, the article elaborates the response of soil microbe and plants to the new amendment by potted experiment. There are some results and conclusions. They are as follows:1.Because of Adding the new soil amendment to soil and planting,it produces influence on microbe quantities and composition proportion.Furthermore, the trend is different from gradient of iodine content.2.Get a conclusion after analyzing:the differences are significant between rape biomass underground picking last and iodine content(16.5mg/kg~83.8mg/kg)in rape roots. But the changes of rape biomass aboveground and iodine content (80.7mg/kg~141.3mg/kg)in rape leaves are not significant.3.The changing trend of biodiversity index is inconsistent with soil microbe quantities changing. In other words, the number of microorganisms is great, but their biological diverdity index is not.4.In a whole, due to adding new soil improver, there are no significant differences on soil microorganism physiological activities, which are soil respiration, cellulose decomposition and nitrification, among various treatments after cultivating.5.The difference of iodine content that is 13.2mg/kg~23.2mg/kg in radish leaves is not significant, but in radish roots, whose iodine content is 0.6mg/kg~20.9mg/kg,it is significant.
