| In this paper,the Plantanus hispanica of 20~30 years at the roadsides in the suburbs of Nanjing was investigated.In order to provide the technical and theoretical basis for controlling the pollution of the cones seminal hair of Plantanus hispanica,the effect of different chemicals on fruit growth and development of Plantanus hispanica were studied by the way of chemical regulation.The main results showed that:(1)Among ten reagent combinations, ETH(10%)and ETH(10%)+GLY(10%)worked better,they reduced the quantity of fruit by 70%,have little side effect on leaves,and inhibit growth and development of Plantanus hispanica obviously.The results of determined the physiological indexes showed:Compared with control,the fresh weight and moisture content decreased significantly,the cell membrane permeability increased significantly,the soluble protein content and soluble sugar content decreased significantly,SOD activity reduced,POD activity enhanced;The ultrastructure indicated that ETH(40%)+ ETH(10%)+(10%)make nutlet of Plantanus hispanica turn wrinkled and mummified. Fruit axis cell lack of nucleoplasm,cytoplasm degrade.(2)Among thirty reagents, GA3(20000mg/L),GA3(40000mg/L)and 2-thiouracil(20000mg/L)worked better. Compared with control,the ratio of new and old fruit reduced by 50%,growth and development of Plantanus hispanica were inhibited obviously.The results of determined the physiological indexes showed:Compared with control,the soluble protein content increased significantly and soluble sugar content decreased significantly,SOD activity reduced,POD activity enhanced. |
