Longmai26,Kehan16 and Long Fumai16,cultivated by Hei Longjang agricultural academy of science,were used as trial materials in the trial.The contrast trial between ridge planting and convention planting pattern and the trial of effect on spring wheat quality and yield of different fertilizer and seeding rates in ridge planting were carride out in MiShan city trial field during 2006-2007.The design of two factors randomized block was used in the contrast trial,the domino effect of ridge planting on spring wheat quality and yield was studied.It was studied that Longmai26 was affected by different fertilizer and seeding rates in ridge planting pattern,the desige of two factors randomized block was used in the trial ,the best resultant of fertilizer and seeding rate was dicussed ,to provide theory gist for spring wheat productive pratice.The main results are as follows.1.The flour gluten index and test weight could be improved,the effect on dough stability time,the mixing tolerence index,dough energy,dough resistance and ratio number was significance by 5% in ridge planting;the effect on grain starch content,grain protein content and zeleny was not significance,effect on flour protein content,dry and wet gluten content,flour water absorption,dough development time and time to breakdown was not marked in ridge planting.2.In ridge planting pattern,wheat height decreased,stem diameter increased,leaf area index was increased significantly,leaf area index increased fast in early stage and decreasee slowly in later stage, the flag leaf function stage was enlengthed.The ratio of grain weight to leaf area of Longmai26,Kehan16,Long Fumai16 was increased by 61.7%,22.2% and 37.2%;the contribution rate of photoassimilates after flowering stage to grain weight was increased by 0.2%,19.9%and 18.1%than in convention planting pattern.3.In ridge planting pattern,chlorophyll content of flag leaf and nitrogen content were higher in the whole stage;net photosynthesis rate of Longmai26,Kehan16,Long Fumai16 was increased by 3.9%,34.7% and -0.8%;water use efficiency was increased by 11.5%,51.6% and -6.8%.The parameter of light response curve and CO2 response curve of 3 varieties were improved in different extent.4.The bulk density in 0-5cm,5-10cm,10-15cm and 15-20cm layer of soil in ridge planting was lowed by4.2%,6.5%,3.73% and 0.75%,soil porosity increased by 6%,8%,6% and 0%, the activities of catalase,phosphatase,urease and invertase in different layer of soil improved in different extent.5.Compared with convention planting,the yield of Longmai26,Kehan16,Long Fumai16 was increased by2.4%,16.5%,1.1% in ridge planting.Considering two aspects in quality and yield,the feasible seeding rate in Longmai26 is about 600×104·hm-2,the feasible amount of fetilizer in Longmai26 is about 210 kg·hm-2-240kg·hm-2in ridge planting.
