Experiment 1 Effects of drinking water temperature on performance and serum biochemical parameters of lactating dairy cows in hot environmentThe aim of the experiment was to study the infection that water temperature impacted on the dairy production performance and serum biochemical Parameters in the high-temperature environment, 12 late lactation Chinese Holstein cows were selected in this test, and the trial has adopted one–factor completely random design. Experiments were divided into four groups, the temperature of the experimental group A's, B's, C's drinking water were 22℃, 24℃, 26℃and D group was the control group, which water temperature was 28℃, the trial period last for 49days. The results show that: (1) No significant effects were found on Cow's rectal temperature and respiratory rate after drinking 22℃, 24℃, 26℃water (P>0.05). (2) Dry matter intake increased 5.14% after drinking the water of 22℃( P<0.05), but drinking amount has no significant difference (P>0.05), it has no affects on the water intake and the drinking amount after drinking the water of 24℃, 26℃(P>0.05). (3) the milk output increased by6.38% after drinking the water of 22℃(P<0.05), it has no significant affects on the milk output after drinking the water of 24℃, 26℃(P>0.05). The milk compositions have not reached significant levels (P>0.05). (4) It has no significant affects on Cow constant serum mineral elements after drinking 22℃, 24℃, 26℃water (P>0.05). Comprehensive Analysis of the Performance Test Cow Serum biochemical Parameters and changes, in summer the cow drink 22℃water would improve the dry matter intake and milk production.Experiment 2 Effects of drinking water temperature on performance of lactating dairy cows in cold environmentThe aim of the experiment was to study the infection that water temperature impacted on the dairy production performance in the low-temperature environment, 12 late lactation Chinese Holstein cows were selected in this test, and the trial has adopted one–factor completely random design. Experiments were divided into four groups, the temperature of the experimental group A's, B's, C's drinking water were 20℃, 16℃, 12℃and D group was the control group, which water temperature was 8℃, the trial period last for 42days. The results show that: (1) No significant effects were found on Cow's rectal temperature and respiratory rate after drinking 20℃, 16℃, 12℃water (P>0.05). (2) Dry matter intake increased 6.47% after drinking the water of 20℃(P<0.05), it has no affects on the water intake and the drinking amount after drinking the water of 16℃, 12℃(P>0.05). (3) the milk output increased by 9.33%,7.10%after drinking the water of 20℃, 16℃(P<0.05),it has no significant affects on the milk output after drinking the water of 12℃(P>0.05). The milk compositions have not reached significant levels (P>0.05). Comprehensive Analysis of the Performance Test Cow changes, in winter the cow drink 20℃, 16℃water would improve the milk production.
