This paper mainly discussed the impact of different valence of aluminum in plant disease resistance through tobacco and potato by different valence of aluminum. We knew the POD changes of different times and changes in the activity of law in tobacco leaf and tobacco plants through the aluminum of tri-valence. With the aluminum of tri-valence treated tobacco seeds, A conclusion was reached that low concentration of aluminum promoted tobacco seeds germination, however, high concentration of aluminum inhibited tobacco seeds germination. It was concluded that aluminum peroxide plays an important part in plant disease-resistance through the change regular of enzyme activity and macroeconomic statistics. It was implied that the potatoes treated by different valence of aluminum reached similar conclusion. The accumulation of hydrogen peroxide in tobacco and potato was the cumulative result of aluminum hydroxide, and plant disease resistance of the role that the concept of aluminum toxicity is relative. Aluminum in plants has both positive and negative roles.
