Identification To The Resistance Of Soybean Germplasm To Soybean Mosaic Virus As Well As The Inheritance Of Resistance In Soybeans

Soybean Mosaic Virus (SMV) is one of the most serious diseases in soybean production all over the world. Studies on identification of strains screening for resistant gennplasm, inheritance of resistance, genetic improvement of resistance and molecular marker of genes resistant to SMV strains in soybeans had been conducted .Being used of 2 SMV(SMV3 and SC7)strains,the study screens for germplasm resistant to newly identified SMV strsins.the soybean cultivars cleardy resistant or susceptible to SMV strain were used to analyze the inheritance of resistance to SMV strain,in order to provide some useful informations for soybean breeding for disease resistance and to make preparations for the mapping and for soybean cloning of resistance genes. The results for the research can be summarized as follows:1.This research was found out:inoculation of the cultivar soybeans,from the cultivars we find the high resistance of cultivars to SMV3,named as 9449,wandou16,zhongzuo50106,zhongzuo4133,ZDD01863,ZDD01797,gongjiao97168-1,ZDD02990;high resistance of cultivars to SC7 ,named as kefeng6,zhongpin03-5386,zhongpin03-5415,zhongzuo4133,zhongpin03-5366,zhongpin03-5378,sui05-73684,gongjiao97168-1,in the cultivars, zhongzuo4133 and gongjiao97168-1 manifestations high resistance.to 2 strains2.In the wild soybean cultivars, the result shows that:ZYD03158,ZYD03294,ZYD03315,ZYD03423 manifestations high resistance.to SMV3; ZYD02726,ZYD03294manifestations high resistance.to SC7,and ZYD03294 manifestations high resistance.to 2 strains.3.In the wild soybean population, the result shows that:18 cultivars manifestations moderate resistance to 2 strains,named as 3,6,7,8,12,15,16,25,28,30,31,32,34,35,36,37,40,42。4.The cultivars from different areas which inoculates the same strain,the result shows that:during inoculating SMV3,the rate of resistance of the cultivars from Beijing,guangxi,henan,helongjiang,jilin,jiangsu,shanxi and the foreign countrys is higher than susceptibility.;and during inoculating SC7, the rate of resistance of the cultivars from anhui,helongjiang,jilin,jiangsu,shanxi is higher than the susceptibility.5.During inoculating SMV3, the rate of resistance of the cultivars from anhui,shandong,shanxi is higher than the susceptibility.but the rate of resistance of the cultivars from hebei,henan,jiangsu is lower the susceptibility.and the cultivars from gansu is the same as the cultivars from shaxi.6. During inoculating SC7, the rate of resistance of the cultivars from gansu,hebei,henan,shandong is higher than the susceptibility.but the rate of resistance of the cultivars from anhui,jiangsu,shanxi,shanxi is lower the susceptibility.and the cultivars from gansu is the same as the cultivars from shaxi.7.Through inoculating,identificating and analyze the inheritance ,the result shows that the resistance to SMV3 is controlled by a pair gene.
