Mycorrhizal was the results that plants evoluted with the mycorrhizal fungi in the long-term process.It was not only conducive to the existence of each other,conducive to improve the ability of plants to resist the adverse circumstances,and promoted plants to grow,but also conducive to the survival of mycorrhizal fungi.In this experiment,Rhododendron fortunei L.seedlings and the mycorrhizal fungi isolated from the roots of the wild Rhododendron fortunei L.were used as the materials,explored the best inoculation system which Rhododendron fortunei L.symbioticed mycorrhizal fungi and its effect of the combination.According to the effects selected good strains for the mycorrhizal seedlings which promoted to the production.The main results were as follows:1.Established a good inoculation technology system of Rhododendron fortunei mycorrhizal fungi.In this experiment 4 isolates of ericoid mycorrhizal fungi from the roots of Rhododendron fortunei L.were selected to inoculate in vitro seedlings of the host plant by three methods.The three methods used for inoculation were as follows:Method 1:double-matrix inoculation,the bottom was covered by MMN medium,the upper was 0.5 to 1 cm humid cultivation matrix; Method 2:single-layer matrix inoculation method,matrix was MMN nutrient solution mixed with culture media;Method 3:single-layer matrix inoculation method,matrix was a small amount of culture medium mixed with MMN medium The results showed that the one-layer substrate with nutrition for inoculation was better for the seedling growth than other media;the 4 selected fungal strains were found beneficial to the growth of the seedlings,their height,quantity of root and leaf, root length,the dry weight and the content of chlorophy were higher than the control plants. Compared with the control plants,the average height,quantity of root and leaf,root length,the content of chlorophy and the dry weight of Strain No.19 increased 99.23%,81.74%,29.75%, 59.70%,42.80%and 141.9%;the average height,quantity of root and leaf,root length,the content of chlorophy and the dry weight of Strain No.23 increased 26.92%,27.25%,19.47%,31.34 %,21.76%,83.87%;the average height,quantity of root and leaf,root length,the content of chlorophy and the dry weight of Strain No.24 increased 43.85%,72.48%,29.25%,11.94%,21.97 %,33.87%;the average height,quantity of root and leaf,root length,the content of chlorophy and the dry weight of D strains increased 40%,99.73%,31.60%,41.79%,22.69%,20.97%。2.Selected 34 good Strains of ericoid mycorrhizal fungi.Eighty three isolates of ericoid mycorrhizal fungi from the roots of Rhododendron fortunei L. were selected to inoculate in vitro seedlings of the host plant.The results showed that the roots of Rhododendron fortunei L.seedlings were infected by 36 strains of 83 strains of ericoid mycorrhizal fungi.,and the infection rate was higher than 30 percent,which promoted the Rhododendron fortunei L.seedlings to grow up in varying degrees.The outstanding performance strain was B8 strain isolated from the root of the wild Rhododendron fortunei L.in Huading mountains.And their height,quantity of root and leaf,root length,the content of chlorophy and the dry weight were respectively grower of 433.93%,266.67%,279.17%,254.52%,130.31%, 401.89%than the control plants,the difference was significant.
