| Our animal inspection has been developed with the reform of national veterinary authority. At all levels, departments in charge of veterinary and animal health inspection agencies perform their duties according to law, and intensify supervision and law enforcement efforts, and standardize administrative enforcement actions, and effectively protect the livestock industry safety, to protect people's health and coordinated economic and social development has made contributions. But many problems of China's current inspection system need to be research, analysis and solution according to the actual situation.This study expatiates that the difference of animal inspection system between China and developed countries based on the collection of information, research and analysis the operation of animal inspection system for domestic and foreign, particularly through the animal inspection system of the developed animal husbandry countries, compare, research, analysis and reference to international inspection standards and rules, and combined with the actual situation of China's animal inspection. China should change to the idea of animal inspection supervision; re-establishing the border of animal inspection; designing certificate of animal inspection; proving the implement about the inspectable plan of national animal epidemic disease and improving the animal inspection work.The thesis will contribute to design more effective animal inspection system that help to improve the surveillance and notification of animal diseases and zoonoses, to safeguard public health, and to open up new markets for livestock products, thereby improving the development of livestock agriculture. |
