Catalpa and Ulmus softwood cutting technology was researched.The affect of the different processing consistency of ABT-1,NAA,different media and environmental factors on the rooting of cuttings,were analyzed.The results were as follows:1.For Catalpa:The best processing is the fast dip by ABT-1 and NAA 1000×10-6g/L talcum powder with the root rate 65.6% and 67.64%.The best media is the peat moss:perlite=1:1with the root rate 17.5%.2.For Ulmus: The best processing is the fast dip by ABT-1 1000×10-6g/L talcum powder with the root rate 91.33% , and NAA 800×10-6g/L×30s dip in with the root rate 79.34%. The best media is the peat moss:perlite=1:1with the root rate 40.00%.3.Take exercise seedling is transplants survival the essential method, through take exercise seedling, may promote the root system to rapid growth, enhances the seedling to the outside high temperature and arid adaptiveness. This experiment uses the international leading greenhouse intelligence control device, depends upon the environment controller and the temperature, the humidity and the illumination sensor to environment factors and so on greenhouse internal temperature, humidity and illumination carries on the real-time monitor and the control, using the ultrasonic wave humidifier, air conditioning, inside and outside visor system, hangs upside down micro spurts as well as wet curtain, air blower, hot-water heat environment factor and so on and so on facility realization air temperatures the, air humidity, illumination and matrix water content adjustments, may satisfy the layer cutting to take root, to practice the seedling and so on each link the need.
