Construction And Analysis Of AFLP Fingerprinting In Inner Mongolia Different Areas Of Apocynum Venetum

In this study, AFLP molecular marker technology to BaoTou, Inner Mongolia, Tong Liao and Ba Meng region Apocynum Construction of a genetic map, Which aims to explore Apocynum germplasm resources, the analysis of genetic background, genetic structure, Germplasm resources for the protection and utilization and development and provide a theoretical basis, and also helps its germplasm resources division, To develop breeding and rational development and use of the programmer. Its main findings are as follows:Apocynum venetum diversity of ornamental cultivars of Apocynum venetum: The genetic diversity of forty-five Apocynum venetum ornamental cultivars from the Tong Liao,Bao Tou,Ba Meng, was analyzed with 4 primer combinations. These primer combinations produced a total of 5359 bands, 4889 polymorphic bands; the percentage of polymorphic bands (PPB) was 91.22%. They were significantly different from the areas in AFLP fingerprint; the fingerprint can be used as molecular marker to identify Apocynum venetum.Dissimilar coefficient among all cultivars varied from 0.0042 to 0.819, and all cultivars were divided into seven clusters when SC was set at 0.1436. The cultivars from the same origin did not fall into the same group. The cultivars from Tong Liao(1.2.4.5.7.9.10.11.12.13.14.15)were classified into one groups, the cultivars from Ba Meng(16.17.18.19.20.21.22.23.24.26.27.28.29.30) and Bao tou(31.32.33.34.35.36.37.38.39.40.42.43.44) were classified into two groups, three groups is Ba Meng(25), four group is Baotou(45), five group is Tong Liao(3.8), six group is Bao tou(41), seven group is Tng Liao(6).Acording to analyzed of relation, cultivars of Baotou relate to Ba Meng of Apocynum seed and then to Tong liao.
