Studies On Ecological Effects Of Intercropping And Mixed Cropping Patterns Of Different Crops And Oats

In 2005,2007, the experiment was conducted in Hohhot, study on illumination intensity, soil temperature, water content and soil soil nutrient content in intercropping and mixed cropping oats with different crops.The results showed:Intercropping and mixed of different crops and forage and oats, silage maize,sudan grass,soybean,millet,pea,alfalfa,bromegrass compared with monocropping, transmittance of middle part and bottom increased, but transmittance of Potato and Oats decreased,at whole growth stage.During 5cm~30cm, soil temperature of population of intercropping and monocropping tending to decrease frow shallow to deep strata, soil temperature of 5~15㎝ decreased very much, soil temperature of 20~30㎝ had little differences. Soil temperature of intercroppingand monocroppingpopulation,intercropping > monocropping,but the population of Pea Bromegrass and oats is monocropping > intercropping.In harvest time, morphological index of intercropping and monocropping of oats population is intercropping>monocropping. Plant height, cauling thick and green leaf's area of intercropping of millet and oats,intercropping of pea and oats,mixed of alfalfa and oats,mixed of bromegrass and oats,compared with monocropping, respectively increased18.3%,75.0%,43.0%,41.2%,53.1%,26.7%,9.0%,59.4%and33.3%,4.0%,21.9%,13.1%.The yields of green forage and hey for intercropping system were increased. The highest yield is intercropping of pea and oats,it increased by28.8% and27.8% as compared with monocropping crops,the yields of green forage and hey, intercropping of soyben and oats increased 24.2%and 16.4%,mixed of Alfalfa and oats increased 17.9% and16.9%,intercropping of sudan grass and oats increased 15.9% and 15.0%,intercropping of millet and oats increased 14.8% and13.9% ,intercropping of potato and oats increased 9.9% and 9.0%,mixed of Bromegrass and oats increased 9.5% and 8.7%,intercropping of silage maize and oats increased3.7% and2.3%.Crude protein,crude fat andcrude fiber content in intercropping system were greater than those for monocropping. Compared with monocropping, respectively increased9.3%~37.4%,1.0%~60.2%,3.4% ~56.5%.The yields of grain is intercropping>monocropping. intercropping of pea and oats,intercropping of millet and oats and intercropping of soyben and oats reach significant level with monocropping oats,among the treatments, The highest yield is intercropping of pea and oats,it increased by16.1% as compared with monocropping crops; Secondly, intercropping of millet and oats,intercropping of soybean oats,intercropping of sudan grass and oats,intercropping of silage maize and oats,intercropping of potato and oats,mixed of bromegrass and oats,mixed of alfalfa and oats increased by 14.9%,12.9%,12.2%,11.1%,10.9%,9.3%and 4.6% 12.9% as compared with monocropping crops.
