The experiment used the material of paddy rice, the method of water culture and artificial simulation intimidation with polyethylene glycol-600(PEG600), studied the effect of paddy rice plant growth increment, N P K accumulation amount in different part of plant,utilization ratio,photosynthesis speed and the other physiological index, in the condition of ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and the proportion;discussed the mechanism about the effect of the using water.The result indicated that…1.In the condition of artificial simulation water intimidation, there are significant effect of paddy rice plant height,leaf area and root length with ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and their proportion nutrition liquid. As the ammonium nitrate ratio decline, the plant height and leaf area show us single peak increasing curve. The leaf area is 1.5 or 1.3 times compareed itself in nomal situation, but the plant diameter is single peak decreasing curve. the root average diameter is maximum in complete ammonium processing. In the same nitrogen ratio, there are different effect of plant leaf area and height in normal water and abnoraml water supply. Plant leaf area is smaller and plant height is higher compared with normal water supply.2. In the condition of artificial simulation water intimidation, using ammonium nitrogen nitrate nitrogen, and their proportion in plant, according to the comparison of different content of n p k in different part of plant,we find that N P K accumulation in normal water supply is more than in water intimidation. In the normla water supply and water intimidation, the paddy rice plant root N content is 0%. The N accumulation in the stem is 100%. Between the max and the min accumulation is 25%, 50%, 75%. The accumulation of N in leaf area is max on complete ammonium nutrition culture in normal water supply, on the other hand, 75% is the max in water intimidation. P content sequence in stem is 25%>0%>50%>75%>100%,P content sequence in leaf is 25%>0%>50%>75%>100%。P content sequence in root is 100%>75%>0%>50%>25% at the water intimidation. P content in stem and leaf at water intimidation is so complex that there is no regularity.3. In the condition of artificial simulation water intimidation, studied how the chlorophyll content change on ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and their proportion of nutrition liquid.The result show us that the chlorophyll content in normal water supply is more than in water intimidation. The chlorophyll content sequence is 100%>75%>50%>25%>0% in normal water supply, on the other hand, chlorophyll content change is so complex in water intimidation. For other nutrient liquid proportion, the chlorophyll content decrease at the first, and as the time goes by, it increasese.4.In the condition of artificial simulation water intimidation, ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and their proportion have strong effects on the photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,and water use efficiency of wheat leaves, which show us the up and down waves.Water use efficiency was improved by the moderate water intimitadion and mixotrophy.5.In the condition of artificial simulation water intimidation,free proline content was changed by ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and their proportion. The result show us that complete ammonium is max and 25% method is min.free proline content in water intimidation is so similar to normal water supply.
