Under protective and conventional tillage, this experiment was designed by using of equality design. The effects of chemical traits of soil, fertilizer and density on yield and quality of Kenjing 2 were discussed in this experiment. The main results showed as follows:1. Water saving and protective tillage of rice could decrease soil bulk density, improve soil porosity and oxidation-reduction potential. The activity of catalase, acid phosphatase, urease was 5.39%,14.52%,8.33% average higher than conventional tillage, but the activity of sucrase was 32.82% average lower than conventional tillage.2. Yield of protective tillage was 16.9% higher than that of conventional tillage .By using the regress equation, we can forecast the biggest value of yield was 12286.95kg/hm~2,when.each experiment factor was 126.11 kg/hm~2, 81.91 kg/hm~2,38.81 kg/hm~2,108.05 kg/hm~2,96 kg/hm~2,31.0 socket /㎡.3. Radio and degree of chalkness of protective tillage were 3.8% and 1% higher than that of conventional tillage. Milling quality of protective tillage was better than that of conventional tillage. Head rice was 8.9% higher than conventional tillage. We can forecast the best value of the index for milling quality on the basis of regress equation: the brown rice was 82.6%, the milled rice was 75. 4 %and the head rice was 70.8%. Protein content and pasting temperature of protective tillage were 0.5% and 0.8% higher than that of conventional tillage, but amylase content of protective tillage was 0.3% lower than that of conventional tillage. Eating grade and quality index of protective tillage were 2.6 and 4% lower than that of conventional tillage.4. When yield and eating grade are best, experiment factors are 123.9kg/hm~2, 129.3 kg/hm~2, 86.2kg/hm~2, 92.3 kg/hm~2, 96 kg/hm~2 and 34.5 sockets per square meter by using the regress equation. Yield and eating grade were 10072.1 kg/hm~2 and 82.5. When yield and quality are best, experiment factors are 143.6 kg/hm~2, 116.8 kg/hm~2, 42.3 kg/hm~2, 186 kg/hm~2, 96 kg/hm~2 and 32.6 sockets per square meter by using the regress equation. Yield and eating grade were 10147.8 kg/hm~2 and 69.4%.
