| Strip rust, caused by Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici is one of the most serious diseases of wheat in the worldwide. China is the biggest and independent relatively epidemic region of Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici. The Chinese differential cultivars are different from other contries and the resistant genes to the stripe rust from theirs are not very clearly. The relationship between the virulent genes of Chinese designated races and the international designated races is not know well. The most of The differential hosts are from the important cultivars or resistant materials, they are not only foundation of monitoring races ,but also the major subject of genetic study in wheat resistant to the rust. We have analysed genetic of the resistant genes to stripe rust in the differential cultivars Lovrin10,Lovrin13 and Suwon11, and obtained the molecular markers SSR which are tightly linkage with the resistant gene from the Suwon11. The results as follow:1. Lovrin10, Lovrin13 and Suwon11 were tested with the races:CYR27,CYR29,CYR29 -Mut3, CYR29-Mut6, CYR30, CYR31, CYR32, Su4, Su11-1and Su11-2. It's showed that Lovrin10 cultivar was resistant to the Su11-1, CYR29-Mut3 and CYR29-Mut6; Lovrin13 cultivar was highly resistant to the Su11-1, Su4, CYR29-Mut3, CYR29-Mut6 and middlely resistant to the Su11-2, but the Lovrin10 was susceptible to the Su11-2; Suwon11 was highly resistant to the CYR27, CYR29, CYR29-Mut3 and CYR29-Mut6 and middlely resistant to the CYR30.2. The results of genetic analysis of three Chinese differential cultivars is as follow:(1) The resistance of the Lovrin10 to the races CYR29-Mut3 and Su11 was controlled by two complementary dominant genes. It was identified that the one is Yr9 resistant gene, the other is unknown before.(2) The resistance of Lovrin13 to the race CYR29-Mut3 and Su4 was controlled by the one dominant gene and one recessive overlapped or independent genes; the resistance to the race CYR29-Mut6 was controlled by the one dominant gene and two recessive genes; the resistance to the Su11-1 was controlled by the one dominant gene, showed it's Yr9 resistant gene; the resistance to the Su11-2 was controlled by the one dominant gene and one recessive complementary genes, when Yr9 near-isogenic lines was susceptible to the race Su11-2 , It's showed to Lovrin13 cultivar have the other two resistant rust genes except for Yr9.(3) The resistance of Suwon11 to the races CYR29-Mut3, CYR27 and CYR29 was controlled by the two dominant complementary genes, the resistance to the race CYR29-Mut6 was controlled by the two recessive overlapped or independent genes.3.The mapping population was estabilished from F3 segragated family from the differential cultivar Suwon11 crossed.with susceptible cultivar mingxian169.We have obtained the two markers which are tightly linkage with YrSu-1(temporarily designated) by screening 216 SSR primers, they are Xwmc335 and Xwmc696 on the long arm of chromosome 7B, the genetic distance from Xwmc335 and Xwmc696 to Yr Su-1 are 16.0cM and 21.1cM respectively.The result is an important theoretical foundation of monitoring rust fungus. |
