There are a great deal of researches on the characteristic of farm crops, such as the rice straw, wheat straw etc., the technological conditions and economic possibilities of the non-wood artificial boards in domestic and other nations in the world, and some of them have already been in production. In the great deal of researches, this research discovers that researchers are having been neglecting corn brace that has utilized since ancient times. There are abundant of corn brace in our country. According to estimate, we can generally get 600 kilograms or so corn braces each hectare. The corn brace is usually abandoned or regarded as fuel in China. Studies on the characteristics its modeling function of corn brace can partly resolve the pollution of environment, increase farmer's income, having perfect social performances, economic performances and ecosystem performances.Currently, advanced studies on the characteristics, model characteristics and craft conditional of hot pressing of corn brace had been carried on less. And there is no achievement to produce now.Basis on referring to volumes of literatures and according to the relevance scholar researches on farm crop in domestic and other nations in 20 years, this study lucubrated on the model characteristic, craft conditional of hot pressing of corn brace and the influence factors to every physical mechanics performances of corn braces chip board in the ground of the anchoring strength and the impactive and cut strength of corn brace. Also the research objectively analyzed the possibility.This text introduced the present research condition and the chemistry composition of corn brace, and also done some researches on combined the anchoring strength of corn brace itself. Basis on these researches, to choose the appropriate glue that can gum on with corn brace perfectly by consulting some reference documentation and doing some necessary experiments.Combining with the influence factors to craft conditional of the hot pressing of wood man-made board and farm crops man-made board, this research initially ascertained the test levers of the hot pressing pressure, the hot pressing temperature, the hot pressing time and the percent of glue by analyzing the influence of them to every physical mechanics performances of corn braces chip board, and as result done tests according to the leading factors in L9(34) multi-factor orthogonal experiment.After that, the study tested MOR, IB, 2h Ts, elasticity and so on of corn braces chip board according to GB/T 17657-1999(test means of physical mechanics performances of man-made board and veneer), analyzed the test data in SAS and DPS, probed into the special influence of the hot pressing pressure, the hot pressing temperature, the hot pressing time and the percent of glue to corn braces chip board and deeply analyzed the optimal craft conditional of hot pressing of every physical mechanics performances of corn brace chip board.Moreover, this research also done some exploring researches on the differences between the performances of corn brace chip board with different material shapes, as well as the optimal storage durations of the corn brace to product corn brace chip board. Finally, on the foundation of referring to the related literatures, in order to prevent the appearance quality flaw and so on, the study done some preliminary discussions on the questions that should took care in the production process by summarizing the problems that appeared in the experiment process.
