Different solvents and extract methods were adopted on primary extract the active elements from Artemisia annua L in this paper;Employ different bioassay on active selements which were carried for further studies and isolated against five fungi.1 Different ways extract on primary extracts from A.annuaComparing four ways extract on primary extracts from A annua:micro-wave assisted method, the Stirring method in room,the Dip method in room,Dip method under constant terperature;The efficiency of water primary extracts from the leaf of A annua by four ways extract were 14.55%, 11.84%,11.15%and10.19%.The stirring method in room was economical and effective on the primary extracts accordingly of cost.2 Extracts from A.annuaComparing efficiency of primary extracts from difference parts of A.annua:the leaf,the root, the stem;The yield ratio of water and Petroleum primary extracts were the maximal and the minimum among the difference solvents primary extracts;The yield ratio of parallel extracts was higher than that of sequencel extracts.The yield ratio of water-parallel extracts,water-sequencel extracts and Petroleum-parallel extracts from the leaf of A annua in July were 12.12%,10.19%and 5.56%,respectively.And the yield ratio of Acetone -parallel extracts from leaf,stem and root of A. annua in July.were 6.94%,4.89%and 5.94%,respectively.3 Bioassay of A.annua against tobacco and tobacco bacterial wilt bactericidesThe results of bioassay test indicated that the water extracts had obvious restraining effect on tobacco bacterial wilt bactericides with the bacteriostasis diameters was 1.5 cm by 3 g/L in 48h.The bioassay results of bacteriostasis on field showed that the water extracts had augmently inhabition with growing concentration on the bourgeon velocity of the seed,the growth of the roots of seedling and the inhabition rate of 1000mg/L solution was above 45%.The comminution of Artemisia annua L had slight restrain and the residue of Artemisia annua L got rid of Artemisinin had no restrain on tobacco bacterial wilt bactericides,resectively.4 Bioaasy of primary extracts from A.annua against four fungi Comparing the results of bioaasy of primary extracts from A.annua against four fungi indicated that Bipolaris maydis Shoem,Rhizoctonia cerelis Vander Hoeven,Alteraria alternate Keissler, Fusarium oxysporumf.sp Snyder and Hansen.The bioassay test indicated that acetone extracts from the leaf of A annua had 83.67%and 89.55%on mycelium growth at the concentration of 3 g/L(72h).,and the EC50value were 0.2056 g/L and 0.1828 g/L(72h)against B.maydis and R.cerelis. respectively.Comparing inhibition ratio of primary extracts from difference parts of A.annua against four fungi:the leaf,the stem,the root;The inhibition ratio of parallel extracts was better than that of sequencel extracts.The inhibition ratio of acetone primary extracts was the highest one among solvents primary extracts against four fungi5 Separation and bioassay of fungicidal extracts in A.annuaEmployed the method of gradient elution with proportion of PEâ…¡:Acetone(13:1,11:1, 9:1,7:1,5:1,3:1,1:1,1:2,1:3)and speed of 300mL/h,gather 48-group by silicagel chromatography and the TLC was accomplished with PEâ…¡:Acetone(3:1).A twenty -group ranged from F1-F20 were gained by means of combination the material with the same Rf.The results of further bioaasy indicated that F3 was the best group to controlling on fungi.The results of systemic bioaasy indicated that the F3 had 90.45%and 100%on mycelium growth at the concentration of 3g/L(72 h),and the EC50value were 0.0824 g/L and 0.02230 g/L(72 h)against B maydis and R cerelis.,respectivelyThree substances----Sâ… ,Sâ…¡and Sâ…¢were gained from F3.The Sâ…¡was a antifungal substance from the bacteriostasis diameters 4.0 and 4.61 cm by Plate culture on Sâ…¡at the concentration of 1g/L.against B maydis and R cerelis.,respectively.The results of spore germination method test indicated that the Sâ…¡had relevant effect on sporing bourgeon of B maydis with the concentration aggrandizement.And inhabition rate 95.33%and 79.67%at the concentration of 1g/L and 0.5 g/L.respectively.Sâ… was Artemisinin by elemental analysis and mass spectrometry...
