| Triploid Populus tomentosa is one of the dominant tree species developed quickly in recent years in China. It is important to study the nutrient characteristic in leaf and nutrient dynamic in forest land of triploid Populus tomentosa in order to improve the ability of plantation nutrient management. We studied the nutrient variation orderliness of triploid Populus tomentosa forest land. And carried on the diagnostic analysis on the leaf nutrition .Applied the multiple regression analysis approach to study the correlativity of nutrient content in leaf and the growth of forest . Studied the regression relations between leaf nutrition and soil nutrition of triploid Populus tomentosa , which offered scientific management for triploid Populus tomentosa and promoted the development of the triploid Populus tomentosa industry faster .The main results were as follows:①The difference of N,K,Ca content all reached extremely significant in leaf of eleven clones of triploid Populus tomentosa (S1,S2,S3,S4,S5,S6,S7,S8,S9, S11,S12)were studied with duple Populus tomentosa (S10).②The same nutrient in the triploid Populus tomentosa leaves showed broadly similar seasonal variation trend.③According to the partial correlation coefficient between the growth of forest and leaf nutrient , the N,K,Ca content in leaf of clone S10 affected the growth of breast-height diameter mostly, and influenced the growth of tree height were K,N,Ca content. The N,K,Ca,Fe content in leaf of clone S11 affected the growth of breast-height diameter mostly, and the nutritive elements of influencing the growth of tree height are in turn N, Ca, Fe, K, P.④The preliminary study of triploid Populus tomentosa forest land nutrient dynamic indicate: The forest land soil alkalinity strengthens unceasingly. The soil nutritional status has the mild degenerated phenomenon. The soil entire nitrogen, the fast-acting phosphorus, the fast-acting potassium nutritional status has the obvious degenerated phenomenon by no means.⑤The regression analysis of triploid Populus tomentosa leaf nutrition and the soil nutrition indicated: The return relevance of clone S11 between the leaf different nutritive elements and the soil nutrition's varied. The return correlation coefficient of N,P content in leaf reached the extremely remarkable level. Along with age of forest increase, the influence of the supply level about N,P content in soil to the nutritional level about N,P in leaf is bigger. However, the correlation coefficient of clone S11 K content in leaf and K content in soil hasn′t the remarkable relation.The following contents belonged to new ideas in this paper: We drawn up the leaf nutrition diagnosis standard initially through analysis the nutrient characteristic of leaf in the different clones of triploid Populus tomentosa. We knew the forest land nutrient consumption condition through inquired into the forest land nutrient tendency change rule .We analyzed the leaf nutrition and the soil nutrition return relations of triploid Populus tomentosa, and established the leaf nutrition and the soil nutrition return forecast model. |
