Silvervine Fleeceflower and Japanese Honeysuckle are fine climbing plants, to reduce the Silvervine Fleeceflower cultivating periods and reduce the yielding cost of Japanese Honeysuckle with cutting propagation, promoting application to the gardens plants, the cutting propagation technique has been studied.Cutting which adopts by 2-3 year production seedling for basic experimental material, has carried on separately: the different auxins, the different auxins concentrations, the different auxin immersion times, the different mediums, the different leaf area, the different positions, the nod numbers, the cottage way and the cuttings which were treated with auxins, auxins concentrations, auxins dipped hours and cottage way were planted horizontally or perpendicularly in beds, the rooting rate, the surviving rate and the root growth were studied. Research result shows: (1)The correlation experiment has been studied with auxins, auxin concentrations, auxins immersion hours, cuttage way and cutting types, the results: the treated cuttings were planted horizontally in sand beds, and next cutting edges a bevel, it can gain higher surviving rate, rooting rate and root growth, the higher surviving rate of auxins treatments is ABT1150 mg/L +40min,100 mg/L +50min和50 mg/L +50min,the higher rooting rate of treatments is 100 mg/L +50min和50 mg/L +50min, and the fine root growth treatments is 100 mg/L +50min, so the best treatments is that the next cutting edges a bevel cuttings were dipped in the solution of ABT1100 mg/L +50min, were planted horizontally in sand beds. (2)The cutting propagation of Silvervine Fleeceflower, comparing with peat and perlite(3:1) mixed rooting medium, the cuttings inserted in sand displayed best rooting rate, surviving rate and root growth, the rooting rate and surviving rate is 86.7%. (3)With the different parts of the same branch and different dipped hours of 50 mg/L ABT1, the mid position cuttings of dipped 50min in 50 mg/L ABT1 have 96.7% of rooting rate and surviving rate highest. (4)For the nod numbers, the preparation method of cuttings is best measure that remains four nods, it can gain 100% and 96.7% of rooting rate and surviving rate. (5)with different leaf area, the highest rooting and surviving rate of 100% were recorded with the cuttings of two slices of half leaf. For reducing the yielding cost of Japanese Honeysuckle with cutting propagation, sufficing business production, the non-mist cutting propagation technique has been studied. The experiment materials were 2-3 year-old mature seedling, sand is the rooting medium, and covering cutting beds with plastic film. Research result shows: the preparationg method of cuttings is best measure that dipps the solution of ABT1150 mg/L +30min, it can gain 93.3% and 92.8% of rooting rate and surviving rate.
