The Ecological Plan Of ZiQueJie Terraced Landscape In XinHua County

Because terraced landscape could represent the harmonious relationship between human being and nature, it had rich art and tourism attraction. ZiQueJie landscape was assessed as one of the most important scenery spot for its great and beautiful landscape. It' s development instantly need scientific plan to instruct its exploration. Based on its natural and social conditions, integrating the methods of ecological plan, after making ecological function regional planning, this paper planed its production, ecological environment and human being resident environment, aimed to realize its economical, social and ecological development harmoniously. The plan included following aspects:(1) Ecological function regional planning in ZiQueJieBased on the assessment of water resources reservation, biodiversity maintaining and protection, natural and cultural landscape evaluation, at first, this part assessed the importance of main ecosystem services in ZiQueJie. The results were followings: the most important region was terraced field landscape where altitude is between 500m and 1200m ,Important region included the place where has long history and cultural value; Other places were general region. According to this plan, and the principles such as ecological priority, development balance, whole harmonious and sustainable development as well, this paper separated the whole landscape as four ecological functional regions: low-altitude ecological service region, mid-altitude terraced ecological agricultural and green food exploration region, high-altitude water and soil reservation region and human being resident environment development region. Considering the natural conditions of every ecological region, and their ecosystem types, social and economical conditions, main ecological environment problems, development direction, the author put forward the regional controlling plan at last.(2)Ecological production development plannging in ZiQueJie.According to fact of the natural resources in ZiQueJie, author suggest that production development should pay close attention to environment prominence production and economical resources production. The keystone of ecological agriculture is accurate agriculture, raising pasturage and green agriculture. Accurate agriculture included flower, tree and vegetable planting. Raising pasturage included duck, chicken and pork raising. Green agriculture included rice, oil, tea, bamboo etc. green food productions. And forming production chain which including process, packaging, transportation and sales. We should develop green food deep process industrious, quickly cultivate the industry which integrating market-industry -agriculture as a whole system, to realize and advance its benign development. The third production should emphasize ecotourism, depend on its terraced field and cultural heritage spots. The aim is to make the landscape become AAAAA grade national scenery spot which has the functions such ecotourism spot, leisure scenery and holidays villages .where ecological environment develop harmoniously and people can enjoy natural landscape in mountainous region.(3)Ecological environment protection planning in ZiQueJieAccording to a series problems such as more serious non-point source pollution ,water-soil loss and transportation, low utilization ratio of energy and crop stalk ,the new threaten for environment from tourism development in countryside ,the author suggest that should control the pollution from pesticide ,chemical fertilizer, plastic film and raising animals, through the establish of water-soil reservation forestry and public forestry or sealed forestry cultivation to decrease the water-soil loss. According to the fact that the garbage was open to the air or was burn simply, and which lead to serious second pollution, this paper put forward the plan and concrete methods to deal with garbage and dangerous discards. Based on the characteristics of water resources and environment, this plan separated region water environment as drinking water resources region and three grades ecological functional regions, the water resources protection and exploration plan in every grade was made.(4)The ecological human being resident environment planning in ZiQueJieAccording to the characteristics such as imbalanced soil utilization, unreasonable space distribution, greenery and ecological economical resident district shortage, low treatment ratio of polluted water and garbage in ShuiChe town, this paper put forward the development aim of public greenery area for one person is 8.5m~2,the greenery ratio in finished area should be over 25% in 2010,these two number will be 11m~2 and 40% in 2020.By establishing ecological example family and ecological village to increase the quality of human being resident environment in countryside, and the author put forward some concrete methods to deal with rubbish, utilize new energy ,exchange the spot to build new houses and advance the farmer's level.This paper depend on the natural and cultural resources in ZiQueJie, aimed to develop tourism economy at the same time to protect ecological environment and control environment pollution, then, to instruct the transform of economical development mode. The plan will provide the scientific instruction for production transform, establish of ecological industrious and multidimensional development from economical layer; to improve the quality of ecological environment and create beautiful environment from ecological environment layer; to reform the ecological management policy from human being resident environment layer. In a word, the aim of this plan was to instruct construction of national scenery spot from macroscopical aspect.
