Based on such testing factors as respiratory intensity, weight loss, degree of browning,PPO activity and content of totol soluble sugar, the influence of different temperature and PE film packing to the the postharvest physiology and nutrient component of Coprinus comatus were studied in this paper. The function mechanism of different film packings and temperatures on Coprinus comatus decaying were discussed, which provided theoretical bases and technical references for film packing and cold storage to Coprinus comatus. The results as follow:(1)Coprinus comatus has typical respiration peak, it is the climacteric fruit.(2)Steady lower temperature was advantageous to delay the quality dropping and the senescence of Coprinus comatus. Compared with other temperatures, (1±0.5)℃could obviously reduce cap opening rate, the weight loss and degree of browning .Meanwhile, it delay appearing of the respiration peak 4 days and lower the respiration rate 576.2 mgCO2.kg-1(FW).h-1 than 20℃. Temperature fluctuation during storage could increase respiration rate, cap opening rate and degree of browning. Therefore, the suitable temperature for Coprinus comatu storage was (1±0.5)℃.(3)The treatment with 0.05mm PE film packing at (1±0.5)℃could delay the appearing of respiration peak and lower the respiration rate. During the while storage, the increasing of the weight loss, degree of browning, cell membrance permealility and PPO activity were effective controlled, and the POD activity were kept in a high level. So the ripening of Coprinus comatu were retarded, and it was good to Coprinus comatu storage.(4)Suitable film packing and cold storage made for keeping the qualities to some extent. It prolonged the variation process in the content of totol soluble sugar and soluble protein.
