The effects of flower stalk-cut on rapeseed yield and flower stalk yield, economic benefits variety screening, the flower stalk and high-yield cultivation model of rape for oilseed and vegetable were studied by high quality rape varieties as materials. Effect of processing technologies with hot-air drying, far infrared drying and pickling on nutrition quality and appearance quality of rape flower stalk were studied by using 5 rape flower stalks.The main results were as follows:1. There were significant differences in V_C content, flower stalk yield, oilseed yield and total output value between different varieties. The comprehensive evaluation results showed the eight varieties, such as Mianyoul2, Runyoul88, Tianheyou 6 were fit to be popularized as rapes for oilseed and vegetable because their economic benefits were high.2. Different length of flower stalk-cut effected yield and economic benefits of the rape. Rapeseed yield increased by 15%, flower stalk yield by 899.2kg/ha, economic benefits by 1957.6 Yuan/ ha when the flower stalk was cut at 6cm compared to the stalk-free.3. Sowing date had no significant effect on flower stalk yield. The interacting effects of variety and density, sowing date and density, variety and sowing date and density were not significant. But variety and density had significant effect on the yield of rape flower stalk. Density had no significant effect on rapeseed yield. The interacting effects of variety and sowing date, variety and density, variety and sowing date and density were not significant. But variety and sowing date had significant effect on rapeseed yield. Comprehensive evaluation indicates that Zhongyouza 10, sowing date is August 28, density is 120000 plants /ha had the highest output value and the best economic benefits.4. Dehydrating by far infrared was the best among the three process processing technologies because it remained nutrition and appearance quality of the flower stalk quite well, and pickling destroyed nutrition quality of the flower stalk, and it was not fit for long-time preservation.
