By biogas fertilizer which can not only be used to significantly improve soil for the growth of crops, help enhance its antifreeze, ant drought and reduce pest, using maize fung waxy 476 as material, which has high quality, and good taste, we studying effect of four biogas fertilizer treaments on soil physical and chemical properties and microorganisms in waxy maize rhizosphere, the capacity of absorption nutrient, disease resistance and yield components, photosynthetic characteristics of waxy corn, and nutritional quality of waxy maize the results showed :1. Biogas fertilizer could improve soil physical properties, increase soil fertility and number of microorganisms. Biogas fertility could decline soil bulk density from 14.2% to 41.1%. increased total porosity from 16.1% to 46.8%. and mao porosity from 4.6% to 41.6%; biogas fertilizer +fungus manue was the biggest in increasing the numbers of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi, and they increased 15.1%,25.2%,18.9%, respectively.2. With the growth of waxy maize, biogas fertilizer made decreased the rate of nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus of waxy maize plant, and the order as following: control> biogas fertilizer > biogas fertilizer +fungus manue> biogas fertilizer+ fertilizer > biogas fertilizer+ fertilizer+fungus manue. While contents of nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus of waxy maize plant increased, moreover biogas fertilizer could improve nutrition transform to maize grain, in the from bigger to smaller order: biogas fertilizer+ fertilizer+fungus manue, biogas fertilizer+ fertilizer, biogas fertilizer +fungus manue, biogas fertilizer, control. but also other organs transferred the nutritional to grain.3. Biogas fertilizer significantly improved the leaf area index and yield of waxy maize, and significantly reduced small spot disease, corn rust, stem rot on waxy maize. Influence degree from high to low was biogas fertilizer+ fertilizer+fungus manue > biogas fertilizer+ fertilizer > biogas fertilizer +fungus manue > biogas fertilizer, and outputs were 90.9%, 86.1%, 85.3%, 78.9%, higher than control, respectively. 4. The Ps, Tr, Sc of waxy maize leaves were significantly higher than control, by applying biogas fertilizer, they had a similar trend changed in the law, and showed a positive correlation. And these philological characteristics that significantly improved the growth of waxy maize, leaf area and the speed of chlorophyll synthesis.5. With pollination time, content of soluble sugar was reduced first and raised, content of amylopectin first raised gradually, then raised rapidly, and content of soluble protein was in a "V" trend. The contents of soluble sugar, amylopectin and soluble protein in the biogas fertilizer+ fertilizer+fungus manue was the highest followed by biogas fertilizer+ fertilizer, biogas fertilizer +fungus manue, biogas fertilizer and control, and the maize cooking quality in biogas fertilizer+ fertilizer+fungus manue was the best.
