| Rare earth elements (REE) have effects on immune-related enzyme activities, content of chlorophyll and mineral nutrition metabolism of plants, and can improve its growth, development, yields and physiological functions.Under the adversity ,the reactive oxygen cumulated too much in plant, the balance of reactive oxygen metabolite is broken ,led the membrane lipid peroxidation activity of sod and other protective enzyme were reduced, and produce more membrane lipid peroxidation, break the integrality of the membrane.This paper uses the rape as material, study the stress of pesticide, find that effect the content of protein, and water in rape, but also effect their protective enzyme and improve the content of Malnodialdehyde, but the rare earth can alleviate the harm of the rape.Spraying rare earth lanthanum on the leaf vegetable, comparing the effects of different concentration of lanthanum nitrate on the residue of chlorpyrifos was studied in this paper, find that the best degradation was 0.06% lanthanum nitrate ,under the recommended concentration of chlorpyrifos, the percent of degradation was 36.8%,under the double dose ,that was 28.2%.The effects of lanthanum nitrate on the different concentration of pesticide was studied, under the recommended dose, the degradation percent of chlorpyrifos by 0.06% lanthanum nitrate were 36.8% in field spinach in the fall,37.7% in field spinach in the spring,21.8%and 27.6% in the green house spinach in the winter, respectively. under the double dose, that were 28.0%,28.1%,22.7%,15.1%, respectively.; with the different measure of spraying, find that mixed pesticide and rare earth, or spray pesticide then spray rare earth, the percent of degradation have no distinct otherness. In the end, in order to prove the effect of degradation by 0.06% lanthanum nitrate, we choose Dichorvos, chlorpyrifos and isofenphos-methyl, find that degrade the three kinds of pesticide. While we spray 0.06% lanthanum nitrate and 0.06% cerium nitrate on the rape, the degradation of the former is better than that of the latter, the percent of degradation were 30.6%, 25.1%, respectively. We compute the dynamics equation, half-time and the safe time of chlorpyrifos in spinach in different season with different plant measures, furthermore lanthanum nitrate make for improving the content of iron in the spinach.The mechanisms on degradation of organophosphorus pesticide by rare earth was discussed, lanthanum nitrate degrade organophosphorus pesticide directly was not distinct by hydrolysis trial, but it can impetus enzymes activities in plants which degrade organophosphorus pesticide indirectly. |
