Artemisinin,a kind of anti-malaria monomer and high efficient anti-malaria medicine with excelllent curative effect for schistorsomiasis and AIDS complication,was firstly separated from Artemisia annua L.,a traditional Chinese medicine,in 1970s.The only source of artemisinin at present comed from the extraction of nature Artemisia annua L.Nowadays few researches reported on the cultivation and physiology of Artemisia annua L.The regularity of Artemisia annua L growth would be found in order to increase production.This experiment taked Tong-he 1 of Fengdu Artemisia annua L seeds as a material,used different sowing date treatments from 2006,9-2007,3 in Laochang,Chongqing.And this experiment researched Artemisia annua L.'s birth period,the shape indexs,the physiological indexs,the dry material accumulation,the pattern of nutrient element imbibition and allocation,the content of artemisinin as well as yield.From the experiment,the basic theory could be provided in order to produce reasonable sowing date and the content of artemisinin and the yield.The study results indicated that:1.The influence of Artemisia annua L.birth period The research indicated that,the sowing date was the primary factor to Artemisia annua L.'s birth period,and changed greatly among different sowing dates.The early sowing date's total birth period increased greatly compared to the late,the period of duration change on different sowing date was obvious.The proportion of vegetative growth time was longer than the early sowing date.The difference of precreat period between every sowing date was the key influence fact of shape indexs,physiological indexs,dry matter accumullation,and the forming of the yield.2.The influence of Artemisia annua L.shape indexs The relations between plant's height,the stem thick,the branch number and the sowing date were close.The early sowing date had the obvious superiority compared to the late sowing date on above shape indexs,except TR6 treatment. The influence to the LAI was also obvious.The research indicated that,the LAI was relatively smaller with the sowing date delayed.3.The influence of Artemisia annua L.physiological indexs The tendency of soluble saccharides was ascend at first and descend at last.As to soluble saccharides content comparison, the early sowing date was relatively higher than the late.The contents of amino acids for different sowing dates decreased gradually.And the tendency of C/N'ratio was similar with that of soluble saccharides,which was TR1>TR2>TR4>TR3>TR6>TR5>TR7.The tendency of chlorophyll was also ascend at first and then descend.As to chlorophyll content comparison,it was different with different stages.But the influence of sowing treatment to caroteniod was not obvious.4.The influence of dry matter accumulaiton The sowing date was the most primary factors to dry matter accumulate.Early sowing date caused the Artemisia annua L.nutrition body far to bigger than late sowing date,and it affected the leaf proportion of dry matter.The tendency of dry matter accmulation presented"S"building-up curve in every sowing dates.But the date of the biggest growth speed appearing was different,and the biggest growth speed also had great difference.The dry material accumulation of up-ground could be expressed by logistic equation.For the maze sown of TR1 was Y=749.4489/(1+e10.6012-0.0361x),while TR2 was Y=615.2639(1+e 12.4716-0.0478x), TR3 Y=606.2435/(1+e11.9247-0.0481x),TR4 Y=597.7427/(1+e11.4023-0.0494x),TR5 Y=597.7427/(1+e11.4023-0.0494x),TR6 Y=560.5096/(1+e10.3993-0.0619x),and TR7 was Y=252.5438/(1+e15.3697-0.1036x).5.The influence of N,P,K contens and accumulations The nutrients in organs for different sowing dates rised first and then declined.The content of N was the highest in every stage,but the others was different with stages.The accumulations of N,P and K increased with the change of stages.At the harvest time,the total accumulations of N,P and K in each organs were leaf>branch>stem>root,while the total accumulations were generally N>P>K.6.The influence of artemisinin content and yield The research indicated that the content of artemisinin varied with the change of both the sowing dates and the stages.Overall,the artemisinin's content in late sowing date was relatively higher than that of the early.When the harvest time arrived, the tendency of artemisinin's contents for different sowing dates expressed that TR7>TR6>TR5>TR3>TR1>TR4>TR2,while the yield of artemisinin for different sowing dates was TR1>TR2>TR5>TR5>TR4>TR3>TR7.To sum up,the TR6 treament was the best sowing date,and then was TR5.7.The results of analysis on correlations between the artemisinin content and main characters indicated the followings.The artemisinin content had positive correlation to number of branches,the lenghth of the longest branch and stem diameter,while it had negative correlation to plant height.It had positive correlation to the content of soluble saccharides and amino acids,the C/N ratio and caroteniod while it had positive correlation to the content of chlorophy.It had negative correlation to N content in leaf,but positive correlation in other organs and N accumulation in each organs.It also had negative correlation to P content accumulation in leaf while positive correlation in root.It had significant positive correlation to K content and accumulation in stem and root while negative correlation to K content and accumulation in leaf.8.The results of analysis on correlations between the artemisinin yield and main characters indicated the followings.It had positive correlation to number of branches,the lenghth of the longest branch and stem diameter,while it had negative correlation to plant height.It had positive correlation to soluble saccharides and amino acids,the C/N ratio and caroteniod content,while it had negative correlation to the content of chlorophyll.It had significant positive correlation to N and P content and accumulation in each organs,significant positive correlation to K content in each organs and K accumultion in stem diameter and root,while negative to K accumulation in leaf and branches. |
