| The issue of Animal food safety draws attention increasingly, nowadays, the main pollution sources, which restrict the pork product and cause animal food safety problem, are heavy metal pollution and antibiotic pollution.Heavy metal elements including lead, chromium, arsenic, copper, mercury, and chrome should be monitored on non- public nuisance production of pork.As it can improve the breeding performance, boost the quality of naked body, organic arsenic was used widely, though it was prohibited as animal feedstuff additives, and this usually caused arsenic residue on animal food, and brought environmental contamination;as the permissible additive of animal food, Chloroteracycline was used widely. The study report was conducted to evaluate the pollution on pig feeding, and to study and research the pork production safety and environmental contamination caused by Chloroteracycline and heavy metal.90 crossbred(Duroc×Landrace×Large)pigs 30(±1)days,Weight 28(±0.5)Kg were randomly divided into three big groups and five little groups. One group pigs was offered control diet supplied with chlortetracycline, another was offered arsanilic acid and the third was offered phytase. The growth performance and slaughtered performance of these three groups were studied to assess the effect of these three additives on pig production. To monitor the effect of Chloroteracycline and heavy metal to pork product and environment,Chloroteracycline and heavy metal residue in pork product, feedstuff and environment were detected and analyzed by Hydride atomic fluorescence photometry.Graphite stove atomic absorption spectrophotometer and HPLC in the experiment.By using the same methods monitored Chloroteracycline and heavy meltal residue, after the animal products were baked by Microwave oven. The result indicated,in the growth stage, different additives on the performance had very significant differences on the performance of pigs(p<0.01);in the stage of fattening, three additives on the performance of pigs had no significant difference(p>0.05);in the entire pig growth fattening stage, the difference was not significant on the pig slaughtering performance(p>0.05);compared with the control group, the difference of the content of arsenic is higher in feedstuff of the arsenic added group(arsenic acid)(p<0.05),Arsenic residue in the muscle.liver and kidney of pig accorded with the standard of pollution-free for animal product(NY5029-2001),when pigs were butchered after withdrawal period. But Arsenic residue almost went beyond the limits for pigs without withdrawal period, exceeding nearly to 1 times of the standard for the most. The more Arsenic content in feedstuff, the more Arsenic residued in the muscle, liver and kidney.A positive correlation was observed between Arsenic content of pig excrement and Arsenic content of feedstuff;compared with muscle the difference of arsenic and cadmium residue in liver and kidney was notable(p<0.05); and the remaining heavy metal including mercury, lead, chromium, copper etc.have not seen obvious difference in various orgnizations(p>0.05).After 7-day's withdrawal Chlortetracycline degradation in the organization, and the original drug was not detected. Before the withdrawl, original drug can be detected in the faeces, but the main emission was the metabolite of Chlortetracycline.Heavy metal residues in food products of pig muscle, liver and kidney increased significantly, but with the extension of the processing time,in addition to some individual, showed a slight downward trend.A very significant positive correlation(p<0.01)was observed between heavy metal residue in the food and carcass meat products;chlortetracycline was not detected in cooked food, which may be due to the thermal instability, and this consistented with previous research findings. Conclusion:chlortetracycline, arsanilic acid and phytase had certain promoting effect in pig growth stage;but in pig's fattening stage,Chlortetracycline and arsanilic acid did not have obvious promoting effect. And in the entire pig growth fattening stage, arsanilic acid and Chlortetracycline did not have notable growth effect, but arsanilic acid could cause a large amount of organic arsenic accumulated in the pig body, brought bad effects on pig product quality, and badly polluted the environment along with the feces's excreting out.Because organic arsenic and chlortetracycline could bring significant effect in promoting growth,to ensure animal food safety, and environment protection, suggested not adding arsenic in the feed preparation, preferably not adding chlortetracycline drugs.Appropriately Increasing cooking time was suggested when meat processed into cooked food, on the one hand, some residual antibitic can be decomposed in longtime high temperature;on the other hand, because of the non-selective adsorption of heavy metals might be appropriately reduced its residual damage. |
