Populus was very broad-planting in our country , it made bald mountain and sands yet green ,built the network of farmlands and environmental virescence , so it was very important to the resource of forest in the three-north . Endophyte could control plant diseases and insect pests of Populus . The paper investigated Populus in huhhot , Ejina county , Dalate county , Siziwang county and Salaqi town , isolated , identified and analyzed endophytic fungi , then studied biological characteristic to two fungi , filtrated restraining fungi and researched various DNA of preponderant groups . The result were:1. It was various about the numbers and groups of Populus endophytes , taken on undivided characteristic in Populus ; With the years changing , endophytes take dynamic movement ; They had many relations to the elements and areas of endophytes .2. Studied biologic characteristic of Aspergillus sp. and Alternaria sp. , the result indicated that the most suitable temperature and pH for mycelial growth were 25℃and 35℃, 5-6 and 4-5 ;Aspergillus sp. and Alternaria sp. regarded glucose hydrate and sucrose as carbon source , made use of amount abio-nitrogen ; the weight of mycelium and culture medium had direct relations , sugar could not restrain mycelial growth .3. Used the dual culture, germination of spores and inoculation experiment , the strains of penicillium sp. had the strongest antifungal effectiveness to cytospora sp .of populus , so the strains of penicillium sp. could continue research .4. The fungi did not final full sameness clustering among 25 Alternaria sp., when the environmental difference were very obvious , transmissibility were showed in each fungi , the experimental fungi had some relations between genetic difference and distributing areas .
