The disquisitive object are Artemisia Frigida Populations which distribution on different Synusiologic area of Inner Mongolia. From geographical distribution, structural characteristic of shape, pollen shape characteristic and hereditary variety to carry through research. The results of the survey and experiment in distributing section shows as follows.Combining the shape characteristic and dissection structural research indicates: Different Artemisia Frigida Populations all have high light effect and water use, it embodiment the capability of drought resistance,cold hardiness and solar radiation counteraction. It is to assort with the environment each other.The experiment has found the RAPD reaction system that is the same with Artemisia Frigida research and can provide reasonable gist from genome level. The RAPD reaction system of Artemisia Frigida is as follow: template DNA0.1μg, random guide-thing 1μl, 10×Buffer(include Mg2+)2.5μl, 2.5mM dNTP4μl, 2.5U Taq enzyme 0.4μl and add asepsis water to 25μl. RAPD results of study are as follows: 11 random guide-thing measures get 93 RAPD marks of different molecular weight. 77 (82.8%)of which were polymorphic. The proportion of PPB diverstity location about the seven kinds of Artemisia Frigida between 62.5% and 100%.The index of Nei's gene varied degrees between 0.0206 and 0.0808. That shows high genetic diversity levels.The results shows that genetic distance and genetic cpmparability have biggish difference in each Artemisia Frigida Populations. The Artemisia Frigida Populations with near distance in geography get together frequently and put up obvious regional characteristic. It make out sibship and geographical distribution have osculating relation among each Artemisia Frigida Populations.
