The Amplifying Of The Part CDNA And Tissue Expression Of Inner Mongolian Cashmere Goats Ghrelin

Inner Mongolian Cashmere Goats was applied in this study in order to determine the expression of ghrelin in different tissues by RT-PCR. The results indicate that ghrelin mRNA was expressed in the mucosa of the digestive tract,liver,spleen,cholecyst,pancreas,kidney,heart,aorta,trachea,vagina,uterus mucous membrane,fallopian tube,ovary,hypothyroid,adrenal gland and lung except the skin.To further confirm the character of the sequence of ghrelin,Total RNA was extracted from the rumen epithelial tissue of Inner Mongolian Cashmere Goats and the cDNA encoding ghrelin was amplified by RT-PCR. The ghrelin cDNA sequencing contained a open reading frame(ORF) of 234 bases which encoded a 77 amino acid prepro-ghrelin. 3ËŠ end of cDNA ammlified using the 3ËŠ-rapid amplification of cDNA(RACE) method, they were corresponding to cDNA sequence of ghrelin.
