By the method of paraffin sections, this paper studies the process and character ofembryology development in Bactrocera dorsalis; at the same time, detecting five primarycompounds and analyzing the change trends of these compounds through the GC/MS inthe process of embryology development in Bactrocera dorsalis. In addition, detecting theactive of AchE and the content of Protein.The embryo period of Bactrocera dorsalis, was about 70 hours under the conditionof 28±0.5℃, 80%RH, 14 hours lighting per day. The slice indicates the zygote existsformer edge of egg. The periplasm of egg includes two layers, cleavages daughter nuclei,surrounding protoplast and partial yolk moves towards the egg surface in the form ofglobular energids at 2nd hour, which changes the spread of yolk. The yolk would becomeyolk sphere later which contained one or two vitellophages, energids arrives egg surfaceand becomes blastoderm cells at 6th hour, being conglobation-shaped primordial germcells in the posterior pole of eggs after cleavage at the same time. The germ band is solong at the beginning as to be about 1/2 of the egg equator perimeter, and then becomeslonger and longer so that the head and cauda are immersed into yolk. The germ bandstartes to be delaminated into two layers with the appearance of gastral groove at 10thhour. The outer layer would become ectoderm and the inner at 18th hour would formmesoderm and endoderm. Serosa formes earlier and breaks later than amnion, the latterforming temporary body wall in the later development. The foregut and hindgut derivesrespectively from the stomodaeum and proctodaeum.. The midgut comes from anterior mesenteronrudiments and posterior mesenteron rudiments, The midgut band heals up at 42th hour andbecomes intact cannular midgut; The ectodermal cells of embryo two sides get in to form therespiratory system., at 30th embryo produce invagition from two sides of bosom ectodermal,namely spiracular invaginations, then the ectoderm of abdomen also begin to invagite,until48h,the spiracular invaginations contract gradually into spiracles; coelomic sac appearesat 28th hour, The mesoderm differentiates into somatic mesoderm and splanchnic mesoderm aftercoelomic sals appeare. Cardioblasts come out of cells between somatic and splanchnic mesoderm, thenform heart after dorsal enclosure and connect with the large artery to form the dorsal vessal, at 48thhour; blastokinesis begins to occur at 16th hour, which appeares back to forth and turns180°along the hypocotyl. Dorsal enclosure go along the blastokinesis anaphase andaccomplishes at the same time at 48th hour; The embryo eats up yolk unenveloped into themidgut before hatching. Through the GC/MS, detecting the eleven compounds, in the egg of Bactroceradorsalis, thereinto, five compounds are primary compounds. The content of threecompounds, including RT=16.132, RT=16.461 and RT=18.595 will reduce, and the twocompounds, including RT=10.090 and RT=23.081 will increase in the the process ofembryology development. But the RT-10.090 and RT=16.132 will reduce to zero at the48h.Through the methods of biochemistry, detecting the active of AchE and CarE and thecontent of protein in the eggs of Bactrocera dorsalis in the time of 0.5-72h. Alonging withthe development, the content of Pr will reduce, but the active of AchE will increase firstly,and will reduce later, and will increase again later, thereinto it behaves to be zero at48h,but CarE doesn't behave during the course of development.Statistic the rule of spawning time, through observing the spawn behaviors ofBactrocera dorsalis. The frequency of spawning is 40.2%at the time of 0-80s, it is 26.8%at the time of 80-160s, and it is 18.4%at the time of 160-240s. The main spawning timeat the 0-240s, the frequency is 85.4%, whersas it is 14.6%at the time of 240s-560s.
