With the increasing population and economic development, the contradictionbetween the supply and demand for water has become increasingly conspicuous. Atpresent, an effective way to solve the water resourses is the use of wastewatertreatment, but the treatment is more costly. The other is to save water and improvewater efficiency and reduce water consumption, it is effective economicmeasures. Irrigation water is a major, if water is scientifically used to reduceagricultural water consumption and save water consumption, Agricultural retreat intoa body of water can make a significant reduction in water, so water pollution causedby agricultural water will retire a significant reduction. In this paper, the impact of the water environment on output characteristics ofupland rice growing period is explored mainly through RDI simulation experiments.Potential bio-engineering water-saving technologies of Upland Rice is studied.Firstly, after obtaining thee effectivw tentative data in the foundation, mode isestablished between the output of grains, effective ear, grains and the various stages ofwater irrigation amount, the mathematical land is used to find a stage of waterirrigation having significant effect on yield traits. Fuzzy mathematical principles andcluster analysis is followed by the establishment of evaluation of the level fuzzycomprehensive evaluation model. Theoretically the one water-saving techniquesprogram is proposed. Then, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established between the rate ofsaving, the ratio of output to input, WUE. According to the largest membership inprinciple, the biological engineering technology program is proposed. Finally, with 19 water treatment technology program and 1 satisfactivewater-saving program, the seven water-saving technology program is putfor a better yield,The higher water-saving rates. And the water-saving amount is0.7682 (103m3.hm-2), The first phase water rates is 15.81ï¼…, the second phase rateis49.09ï¼…, the third phase of water conservation rate is 6.82ï¼…, WUE is 0.6.water distribution ratio for the three stages are 7.4199ï¼…,43.817ï¼…, 48.763ï¼…. Water-saving rate is 9.3487ï¼….the satisfactive water-saving program is put for a better yield,Thehigher water-saving rates, and Yc=4.9305(103kg.hm2),Yq=28.5821g,Ys=22.76(105hm-2), Yz=118.9, H1=0.2464(103m3.hm-2),H2=0.4664(103m3.hm-2),H3=4.9305(103m3.hm-2), HH=6.1916(103m3.hm-2). the water-savingamount is 2.0256 (103m3.hm-2), The first phase water rates is 31.65ï¼…, the secondphase rate is31.98ï¼…, the third phase of water conservation rate is 10.29ï¼…, WUEis 0.69. water distribution ratio for the three stages are 5.6329ï¼…,10.8264ï¼…,27.913ï¼…. Water-saving rate is 24.615ï¼….Compared with the full irrigation, the satisfactive program and the seventhprogram provide a theoretical basis and make it a good prospect for hilly areasin hunan province.
