Microorganisms in soil are affected by different tillage, the crops type, thetechnology of applying fertilizer. In order to investigate the effect of differentcropping systems on microorganisms in the South paddy soil, the studies on the effectof no-tillage farming systems, even less for tobacco and paddy soil on themicroorganisms in soil were conducted, the results were as followings:The nitrogen concentration and nitrifying bacteria in soil with 30ï¼…organicmatter and normal fertilization were more than that in other soils. Nitrifying bacteriawas not contact with organic matter content in soil. There were more denitrifyingbacteria in the soil with 60ï¼…organic matter because of lower oxygen concentration. The sulfur nutrient was affected by fertilization system. The nitrogen fertilizer couldimprove the quantities of ammonification bacteria in soil. The microbial activities insoil could be affected prominently by fertilization system. The microbial activitieswere the lowest in soil without fertilizer added. When the organic matter in soil wasimproved, the microbial activities would also be enhanced. Planting of potatoes, milk vetch, ryegrass, rape, Winter triticale and winter crops, such as different levels of microbial growth. Potato impact can be expressed asRyegrass, Triticale, milk vetch, rape, Winter Rice harvest, aerobic bacteria, anaerobicbacteria, fungi and actinomycetes number of the minimum tillage soil has more thantilling the soil. Less than before the harvest of early rice farmers tilling slightly highermicrobial activity, and the rice harvest tillage before planting microbiology slightlylower than fewer, and the types of microorganisms measured changes in the basic laware the same. Activation of less arable soil microorganisms, soil improvement. The quantities of aerobic bacteria, anaerobic bacteria, actinomycetes and fungiwere not affected obviously by the tabacco continuous cropping. The microbial activities decreased in the over 10-year-tabacco-continuous-cropping rice soil, but themicrobial activities was not different obviously in the under 5-year-tabacco-continuou-cropping paddy soil. The long-term-continuous-cropping would lead to decreasemicrobial activities in the paddy soil. The activities of urease, protease, cellulaseandcatalase were not affected obviously by tobacco continuous cropping. The healthydevelopment of paddy soil ecosystem would be affected by the tobacco long-term-continuous-cropping.But the microbial activities was not different obviously in the under 5-year-tabacco-continuous-cropping rice soil. The long-term-continuous-cropping wouldlead to decrease microbial activities in the rice soil. The activities of urease, proteinase, cellulaseand catalase were not affected obviously by tabacco continuouscropping. After rice harvest in 2005 the number of aerobic bacteria, fungi and microbialactivity, there has been increased. However, the number of anaerobic bacteria andactinomycetes slight drop. Straw also handle 1/3, 2/3 tilling soil aerobic bacteria andanaerobic bacteria levels higher than no-tillage, minimum tillage No-tillage, minimumtillage third straw mulching of the soil fungi and actinomycetes than tillage treatment,Meanwhile, fewer no-tillage increased soil xylanase, cellulase, protease, urease andcatalase activity also increased the activity of soil microbial activity, ammonification, nitrification. The proof could be provided by the microbial results that minimumtillage with minimum straw was a better technology to improve soil quality and dogood to crops than tillage or no tillage.
