The screening of multiple disease resistant germplasm in tomato plays an important role intomato breeding and it also is of great value to practical production. In this experiment, tomatogermplasm was from tomato research group of NEAU. We conducted experiments on multipledisease resistance identification method of tomato Rot-knot Nematode, Verticillium dahidea wiltand Leaf Mould using variance analysis, range analysis and significance test.Consequently, weestablished effective approach for tomato disease resistance breeding. The result showed the multiple disease resistance identification method of tomato Rot-knotNematode, Verticillium dahidea wilt and Leaf Mould was as follows: Rot-knot Nematode wasinoculated at 2 true leaf, inoculation spore concentration was 5000 Entries/individual, pouring rootas the inoculation methods; Leaf Mould was inoculated at 3 true leaf, inoculation concentration was10~6 Entries/ml, spray as the Inoculation methods; Verticillium dahidea wilt was inoculated at 4 trueleaf, inoculation concentration was 10~6 Entries/ml, pouring root as the inoculation methods. Thistreatment combination was the optimal multiple disease resistance identification method for tomatoRot-knot Nematode, Verticillium dahidea wilt and Leaf Mould. The method is consistent withinoculation identification method of single disease resistance and it illustrated the difference ofresistance or susceptibility and real resistance, which can be used to screen out disease resistancegermplasm. In the experiment of screening disease resistance germplasm, we executed multiple diseaseresistance identification to 97 tomato germplasm from tomato research group of NEAU. The resultswere as follow: 3 germplasm were resistant to Rot-knot Nematode and Vertucullium wilt; 2germplasm were resistant to Rot-knot Nematode and Leaf Mould; 6 germplasm were resistant toVertucullium wilt and Leaf Mould. 2 germplasm were immume to Rot-knot Nematode; 3germplasm were immume to Vertucullium wilt; 1 tomato germplasm was immume to LeafMould. These disease resistant germplasm were important germplasm, which was the basis oftomato disease resistant breeding.
