| Chick coccidiosis have been important diseases that hazardous against poultry industry up to date in our country.Coccidia easy produce drug-rcsistence that result in treatment and control failure.Testing Efficiency of anticoccidial drug and screening new anticoccidial drug or preparation at regular intervals would be best measure for control chick coccidiosis.Drug efficiency experiment and administering in field were completed for long time use and moitoring production of drug resistence because Dicluzuril was an excellent anticoccidial drug.The result is satisfied.The efficiency of Clinacox(Dicluzuril),Maduramicin and Amprolium were compared,the result as follow:the ACI value of Maduramicin exceed 180,belong to the most efficiency anticoccidial drug,the ACI value of Amprolium was 135,belong to low efficiency drug.Clinacox,Amprolium and Toltrazuril were of marked treatment efficiency against dove coccidiosis.Using drinking preparation of Dicluzuril for prevent chick coccidiosis in 0.5mg/kg,1mg/kg,2mg/kg,all three dosage were of excellent efficiency.The premix preparations of Clinacox(Diculuzril),Dieluzuril(made in China),niearbazin+ Ethopabate were of marked efficiency against coccidiosis(ACI value exceed 180).Ninty-six cockerels were divided into eight groups in 8 birds each at 10 days old.All chicken of six group were innoculated with 1×105 sporoluted oocyst of E.tenella and treated with diclazufil at 1×10-6at 0h,48h,72h,96h,120h, 154h post innoculalion respectively.The results demonstrated that Clinacox(contain 0.5%dicluzril)had high efficacy as a anticoccidal drug in prevention and treatment of coccidiosis.Diclazuril could act on both sexual and asexual stages in endogenous stages of Eimert tenella.The shuttle programme was designed according to the results as above:125ppm Amprolium Hydrochloride,or 125 ppm'Nicarbazin+8ppm Ethopabate mixed in feed during 10~30 days old;1ppm Dieluzuril mixed in feed during 31~60 days old;5ppm Maduramicin Ammonium or 60~70ppm Salinomycin mixed in feed during 61~80ppm.This programme was applied for Silky fowl and floor feeding chick,but only used later stages in broiler chick.The results of field trial shown that coccidiosis was controled thoroughly after this programme used in field.The coccidia infectiosity remarkable light,the biggest OPG was 1801000 in control group(90days old),but the biggest was only 21700 in treatment group,the OPG nearly difference 9 times between two kinds of groups,few oocysts was detected in younger chick group.Chemical synthesis artemisine was poor efficiency against chick coccidiosis,did not suit to apply in Field for prevention cecal coccidiosis.Based on 96 healthy male chickens,this experiment was conducted to compare anticoccidial effect in QinQiuqing of three different percentage and Shaqiuling of two percentage and select the high efficacy drug.The chickens were randomly divided into 8 groups of 12 each.This experiment contained six medicated,one infected but non-medicated and one non-infected and non-medicated.Except for the eighth group each chicken was infected with 70 thousand Eimeria tenella isolates.Drug effect was evaluated according to anticoccidial index(ACI).The result showed ACI of each group was 122,132,132,144,182,143,129,200 respectively,so,only the filth anticoccod iosis drug was of high efficacy.The efficiency of antieoccidial compounds were studied in chicken.The four compound anticoccidial drugs were Nicarbazin,Salinomycin and Diclazuril compound drugs and Clinoeox pharmaceutical and Sha Qiuling pharmaceutical preparation for drinking water.The result indicated that Sha Qiuling that ACI was 182 was of high efticacy.But the others were of low efficacy because the their ACI were less than 160.The field trial of Lasalocid showed it was of similar efficiency with coccidian vaccine against,coccidiosis. |
