Huhhot city is located in half arid prairie and its land- climate is obvious, multi- sandstorm and drought, The sandstorm harm is serious specially in early spring, The all climatic factorses restriction the garden botanical culture of Huhhot .Drought is a restrictive factor of expanding the city green area and it is a bottleneck problem of building urban forest.At present, the drought resistance of the massive transplanted flowers and plants is usual worse and the plants need massive moisture contents in Huhhot city.According to our investigations and datas,the survival percentage of the massive transplanted flowers and plants is low, The growth of plants is not good even if they survive, moreover the drought resistance of plants is usual worse and the plants need massive moisture contents. This experiment content is that domesticating the Paeonia lactiflora of Daqingshan and Silingol prairie and expanding its cultivation scope, the main goal is to research a Paeonia lactiflora 's manual cultivation pattern and a cultivation technology method through the training for drought experiment and the fertilizer experiment, increaseding the types of garden flower in Huhhot and establisheing the theory and the practice foundation about manual cultivating Paeonia lactiflora.The distribution of peony in Inner Mongolian is quite widespread,but the application scope is quite narrow . This experiment content is that the peonies of diffent area are transplanted in technical garden of Inner Mongolia agricultural college, drawing several conclusions through the experiment of diffent water volume and fertilizer:(1) under the manual cultivation condition, the soil moisture content scope of maintenaning peony normal growth is 18%-35%, and the peony grow very well when the soil moisture content is about 22% - 30% .(2) the wild peony's drought resistance is quite strong. Through the test result of drought and arid forces,the comparison stocks(do not irrigate processing) can live only 25 days, the growth condition assumes VII level of conditions (stock is dry to die) after 25 days; But the stocks training for drought grow well,and the growth condition assumes aboveâ…¢level of conditions(leaf is blade, the dead is only20%-40%).It proves that the way of few but many times watering peony is good when transplanting Paeonia lactiflora,this way can suit the moisture needs of Paeonia lactiflora and it can save water.(3)Peony usual growth in quite fertile soil in its natural distribution area. The supplies of nutritive elements especially N, P, K are very essential in its growth process.The result of experimental proves that the K element is most obvious to influence the growths of peony , the peonies grow very well when useing appropriate concentration of fertilizer K;The N element is middle obvious to influence the growths of peony , after useing appropriate concentration of fertilizer N ,the leaves of peony grow well; The P element is not obvious to influence the growths of peony.(4) The peony has a certainly concentration scope of absorption nutritive elements, The concentration of fertilizer is too low to promot peony's growth, it can have the fat evil and even can cause the peony to die beacuse of dry if the concentration of fertilizer is too high . Through the experiment under different concentration of fertilizer, the concentration scope of fertilizer N, P, K are :According to differently applies fertilizer the density t,the wild Chinese peony is suitable N, P, K three essential factorsapply fertilizer the density scope respectively are: N is 150 - 450ppm; P is 600 - 1000ppm; K is 100 - 300ppm.
