| By using the open exchange system LI-6400 Portable Photosynthesis System, photosynthetic and transpiration rate of Hippophae rhamnoides L.ssp.sinensis and Hippophae rhamnoides L. and their influence factors were studied in this paper.Their ecology suitability were analyzed.The results as follow:1 Photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate have obvious diurnal change. Diurnal change of photosynthetic rate of Hippophae rhamnoides L. assumed bimodal pattern; Diurnal change of transpiration rate of Hippophae rhamnoides L. assumed single-peak or bimodal pattern.2 Photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate have seasonal variation,and they have significant correlation with the environment factor(temperature,relative humidity and photosynthetic active radiation).Both of photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of Hippophae rhamnoides L. showed that was stronger than Hippophae rhamnoides L.ssp.sinensis.3 The water use efficiency of Hippophae rhamnoides L.ssp.sinensis.was stronger than Hippophae rhamnoides L..4 The leaf water content of Hippophae rhamnoides L.ssp.sinensis was less than Hippophae rhamnoides L.,the water lose ratio of Hippophae rhamnoides L.ssp.sinensis was higher than Hippophae rhamnoides L..5 The root distribution of Hippophae rhamnoides L.ssp.sinensis and Hippophae rhamnoides L. is in the 10-60cm.Through the above research, Hippophae rhamnoides L. could be selected as pioneer for the restoration vegetation and soil and water conservation of this region. |
