This research take the straw of the corn and citric acid as the main materials, take the black soil, alluviation soil for trying soil which come from Jilin Agriculture University, adopted the room training method, simulated the straw rotten to produce organic acid under the phosphorus coerce lacked, the function of, probe into the phosphorus activating and utilization way of high-efficient effective. The aim to offer the theoretical foundation and practising method on seeking soil phosphorus plain activation.Main research contents and results: 1) mix and construct straw and phosphorus fertilizer to black soil, alluviation soil, influence of the dynamic change of quick-acting phosphorus of land CaCO3 three type soil of alluviation, probe into the fixed function of the phosphorus to the soil of the straw. The result shows: construct straws has the similar variation tendency as conduct citric acid. Three types of soil make the quick-acting phosphorus content increased after the phosphorus fertilizer constructs and enters, and then up to the lapse of time, quick-acting phosphorus content drops rapidly, probably tend towards stability after 30-45d, it further more help to improve the quick-acting phosphorus content. Can obviously weaken the trend that quick-acting phosphorus content reduces with time, make the quick-acting phosphorus content of three type soil keep higher level in some time, this may be because that the straw organic acid rottenly have reduced the fixing of the phosphorus, have activated the soil.2) The changes of straw rottenly to phosphatase, pH and content of the quick-acting phosphorus the soil layer from the straw-soil through studying straws can indicate that there is activation function of phosphorus to the soil layer from the straw rottenly. The result indicates that it obviously enables soil pH reducing. Prove it is organic and sour for soil to produce, acidify the soil. The straw is solved rottenly and exerted a tremendous influence to the soil phosphatase activity the straw-soil, The phosphatase activity of soil exerts a tremendous influence, demonstrate the regularity of strengthening decreasing progressively with the soil layer, But the whole has increased the activity of phosphatase, prove straw to be rotten to solve, impel microbial activity, young to lead the active increase of phosphatase, Make the inorganic phosphorus of soil release out from the organic matter, construct the phosphorus fertilizer only, construct the straw, straw and phosphorus fertilizer mix and use and compare with contrast, can make from straw-1-3mm soil layer quick-acting phosphorus content obviously increase, But quick-acting phosphorus content is changed not very obvious from above 4mm soil, this indicates gathering straw-soil interface is obvious, 1-3mm soil layer is the main places of straw and soil function from the straw-soil. While training for 8 months, It is by straw-soil been from straw for black soil of 1mm phosphorus contents quick-acting with: The straws and phosphorus fertilizer are mixed and used>construct the phosphorus fertilizer only>construct straws only>contrast and deal with.3) Study influence on absorbing the different grains soil phosphorus characteristic which caused by straw rottenly. The result shows, under the liquid density of certain equilibrium, the thinner the particle is, the bigger the absorbing amount of the soil firm is, different each firm size order of the absorbing amount is: 0.001mm>0.05-0.001mm>1-0.05mm, It is similar trend as the influence on absorbing phosphorus rottenly when straw solves and enters the citric acid t, Prove that straw to be rotten to solve can produce organic sour, inhibit to absorb phosphorus firm, reduced fixing phosphorus, and increased the activity of the phosphorus, but it needed further proving.
