Outside this research from Xiangxi cattle production performance, the Xiangxi cattleSimmental and the shorthorn improves the Xiangxi cattle effect as well as the Xiangxi cattleinducts the blood selective breeding effect (F1 generation of production performance) and so onfour aspects to study the Xiangxi cattle's growth developmental mechanism and the hybrid useeffect. The main result is as follows:(1) Determines the Xiangxi cattle bull 258 and the cow 625 heads. The Xiangxi cattle bullnewborn, in 6 months, in 12 months, in 18 months, in 24 months,, in 36 months in 48 months, in36 months body weight respectively is 15.86kg, 113.7kg, 161.5kg, 183.63kg, 231.43kg,280.03kg, 323.23kg, 353.25kg; The cow body weight respectively is 14.16kg, 102.5kg, 152.46kg,169.04kg, 208.46kg, 250.86kg, 278.44kg, 295.64kg. adult cattle Length index is 113.6,circumference index is 135.9, the tag Mata index is 119.7. Without fattening bull yield of carcass,net meat rate, the bone and flesh compares respectively is 45.5%, 36.52%, 1:4.45; Withoutfattening cow respectively is 42.91%, 34%, 1:4.6; After fattening bull respectively is 48.9%,38.56%, 1:4.82. At the beginning of the cow matches the age is 24.03 months, the heat cycle is21.07 days, the pregnant time is 281.02 days, the reproduction rate is 68.21%, the survival rate is95.35%, and the lactation period is 215.5 days.(2) Separately carries on the fitting using Logistic and the Gompertz equation to 562 Xiangxicattle cow and 258 bull's growth curve. The result indicated that, Logistic and the Gompertzequation can fit the Xiangxi cattle's growth process well (P<0.0001), but the synthesis goodnessof fit and forecast ability looked, the Gompertz equation suits in fits the Xiangxi cattle's growthcurve. The Xiangxi cattle cow and the bull Gompertz equation growth curve inflexionrespectively is (6.78, 124.5) and (7.37, 136.3).(3) Choosing newborn, 6 month, 12 month, 18 month and 24 month shorthorn F1, F2, F3 each30 heads, carry on the body ruler determination. Shorthorn F1 of newborn and 24-month-old Bullbody weights respectively is 25.58kg and 276.63kg, compared to the Xiangxi cattle enhances separately 48.68%(P<0.01) and 19.53%(P<0.01);Shorthorn F1 of newborn and 24-month-old cow body weights respectively is 22.34kg and264.6kg, compared to the Xiangxi cattle enhances separately 57.77%(P<0.01) and 26.93%(P<0.01); Shorthorn F2 of newborn and 24-month-old Bull body weights respectively is 26.79kg and325.44kg, compared to shorthorn F1 enhances separately 13.61%(P<0.05) and15.94%(P<0.05);Shorthorn F2 of newborn and 24-month-old cow body weights respectively is 25.9kg and315.04kg, compared to shorthorn F1 enhances separately 17.64%(P<0.05) and19.06%(P<0.05);Shorthorn F3 of newborn and 24-month-old Bull body weights respectively is 27.65kg and343.9kg, compared to shorthorn F2 enhances separately 3.21%(P<0.05) and 2.01%(P<0.05);Shorthorn F3 of newborn and 24-month-old cow body weights respectively is 26.42kg and332.4kg, compared to shorthorn F2 enhances separately 5.67%(P<0.05) and 5.51%(P<0.05)(4) Choosing newborn, 6 month, 12 month, 18 month and 24 month Simmental F1, F2, F3each 30 heads, carry on the body ruler determination. Simmental F1 of newborn and24-month-old Bull body weights respectively is26.14kg and 307.37kg, compared to the Xiangxicattle enhances separately 64.82%(P<0.01) and 32.81%(P<0.01);Simmental F1 of newborn and24-month-old cow body weights respectively is 24.18kg and 289.15kg, compared to the Xiangxicattle enhances separately 70.76%(P<0.01) and 47.75%(P<0.01); Simmental F2 of newbornand 24-month-old Bull body weights respectively is 29.19kg and 328.76kg, compared toSimmental F1 enhances separately 11.67%(P<0.05) and 14.68%(P<0.05); Simmental F2 ofnewborn and 24-month-old cow body weights respectively is 30.09kg and360.24kg, compared toSimmental F1 enhances separately 10.34%(P<0.05) and 13.7%(P<0.05); Simmental F3 ofnewborn and 24-month-old Bull body weights respectively is 27.14kg and 340.68kg, comparedto Simmental F2 enhances separately 3.08%(P<0.05) and 2.2%(P<0.05); Simmental F3 ofnewborn and 24-month-old cow body weights respectively is 26.42kg and 332.4kg, compared toSimmental F2 enhances separatelyl.72%(P<0.05) and 3.63%(P<0.05).(5)Choosing 18-21 month Xiangxi cattle, Shorthorn F1 and Simmental F1 each 12 heads carryon 90 days fattening, the Xiangxi cattle ADG,yield of carcass and net meat percentagerespectively is 0.52kg, 48.9%, 38.56%, Shorthorn F1 respectively is 0.84kg, 53.39%, 40.35%,enhances 61.54%,21.67% and 8.41% (P<0.01) compared to the Xiangxi cattle,; Simmental F1respectively is 0.88kg, 54.1%, 41.42%, enhances 69.23%,23.29% and 11.28%, (P< 0.01)Compared to the Xiangxi cattle.(6)Determines the Xiangxi cattle, Shorthorn mixed and Simmental mixed bears young coweach 10 heads, secreting the young quantity of Shorthorn mixed on 10th age, on 30th age, on60th age and on 120th age respectively enhance 150.70% 106.10%, 162.12% and 209.94%,(P<0.01)compared to the Xiangxi cattle,; Simmental mixed enhances 158.45%, 125.89%, 196.21%and 225.41%(P<0.01).(7)Choosing Shorthorn mixed, Simmental mixed on 11th age bull each 15 heads carries on18 month fattening calculate the best slaughter fattening period. The resultS show that theShorthorn mixed and Simmental mixed of the best slaughter fattening period respectively is 19months and 24 months.
