The test researched that the different nitrogen sources had an effect on nitrogen metabolismand microbial fermentatioof the rume by the test of nitrogen metabolism, BUN in blood andactivity of cellulolytic bacteria in rumen. On one hand, the test researched the fodder digestion ofdifferent nitrogen sources. On the other hand, it also provided the theoretical basis for rationallydeveloping and utilizing different types of protein resources, improving the efficiency of fodder ofruminant. To explore the effect of the different structure of nitrogen in ration on microbial nitrogendeposition and the digestion of fodder, this experiment chose urea, urea + peptide, urea+soybeanprotein as test diets,-made use of three health, about 40 kg rumen fistula sheep as test animals. Theexperimental design was 3×3Latin square. The experiment consisted of five tests, which tested onrumen fluid pH, the concentration of NH3-N, BCP concentration of different niche, the activities ofrelative fibrolytic enzymes in rumen, nitrogen metabolism, the blood biochemical parameters.1,Effect of different nitrogen sources on activities of cellulase enzymes. This experimentcompared cellulose activity changes with the different times by adding different nitrogen sources inrations. The trends of salicin and endo-glucanasc enzyme activity of urea+peptide and urea+soybean protein were same in the whole time. The effect of the urea on them were not obvious.Compared with urea+peptide and urea+soybean protein, the effect of the urea on endo-glucanascenzyme activity had significant difference in 0,2,4,8h (P<0.05), the effect of the urea on salicinenzyme activity had significant difference in 4h. The trends of ruminal FPase enzyme activity ofurea and urea+peptide were same;while those of urea+soybean protein changed compared withthe activity of salicin and endo-glucanasc enzyme. Compared with urea+soybean protein, theeffect of the urea on FPase enzyme activity had significant difference in 0,2,8h (P<0.05). Theresults as follow the diets of different forms nitrogen had a significant impact on the activities ofrelative fibrolytic enzymes (P<0.05). The activities of cellulose enzymes adding soybean proteinand peptide were significantly greater than just NPN.2,Effect of different nitrogen sources on rumen fermentation and BCP of different niche. Thisexperiment compared rumen fermentation and BCP of different niche with the different times byadding different nitrogen sources in rations. The test proved that pH values of groups wererational, which had not significant difference of the groups at different times (P>0.05). In the test groups, the trends of the concentration of NH3-N were same in 0.74~21.78mg/100ml.The effect ofdifferent nitrogen sources on the concentration of NH3-N had a significant differencein 0,2,4h(P<0.05), the concentration of NH3-N of just adding urea changed more obvious than the one oftest soybean protein and test peptide.. The trends of BCP of different niche of three tests were same.Compared with urea and urea + peptide, the effect of the urea+soybean protein, on runinal BCPhad significant difference in 2h (P<0.05)loosely associated microorganism solution, had significantdifference in 6h. The results as follow: compared with urea and urea+peptide, the effect of theurea+soybean protein on BCP had significant difference. The ration of urea+soybean protein werebest.3,Effect of different nitrogen sources on nitrogen metabolism and the blood biochemicalindices of sheep. This experiment researched that effect of different nitrogen sources on nitrogenmetabolism and the blood biochemical indices (TP,ALB,BUN). The resultts as follow: The diets ofdifferent forms nitrogen were not significant effect on nitrogen metabolism, apparent digestibilityand the blood biochemical indices (P>0.05)。All in all, Urea+soybean protein were suiTab, for digestion of fodder in rumen comparedwith urea and urea+peptide. The experiment proved that the effect of different nitrogen sources onabsorption and utilization efficiency of nitrogen was not significant...
