The influences of Hangjin2# multicompound fertilizer on biological effect and soil environment to tomato and cole were studied by in the field and lab experiments.The results showed that plant height, stem diameter and leaf area index were increased by using Hangjin2# multicompound fertilizer and American diammonium compare to the tomato without fertilizer. According to ANOVA analysis, the three treatments had no significant differences during seedling and blooming period; the three treatments had significant differences during fructescence. The nitrogen metabolism was facilitated by using fertilizers in tomato. During seedling stage, blooming period, earlier fructescence and later fructescence, the nitrate reductase activity was increased 92.07%, 55.22%, 132.04% when using Hangjin2# multicompound fertilizer ,while under the American diammonium treatment it was icreased 89.28%, 43.19% and 27.59%. On later fructescence, it had significant differences between using two fertilizers on tomato leaf. The contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll a/b were increased by using fertilizers, while the effect on the content of chlorophyll b was not significant. In blooming period, the content of total nitrogen, phosphorus, kalium of leaves in tomato were increased significantly by using fertilizers .But it had no significant effect compared to the blank in later growing stage. In earlier fructescence, the peak of photosynthesis rate was appeared at 13:00. At that moment, the peak of 21.69μmol·m-2·s-1 was the highest when using Hangjin2# multicompound fertilizer, and the peak of 20.72μmol·m-2·s-1was lower when using the American diammonium, the peak of 19.78μmol·m-2·s-1 was the lowest in the blank. The stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and water use efficiency were increased by using fertilizers. The decrease range of the intercelluler CO2 concentration was wider than the blank. The contents of Vitamin c, Soluble sugar, Sugar/acid, Free amino-acid, Soluble protein, Lycopene, Pectin and Nitrate in fruit of tomato were increased by using fertilizers. While the contents of Crude fibre and Nitrite were decreased. The yield of tomato was increasd 3.601% when using Hangjin2# multicompound fertilizer, it was increased 34.95% when using the American diammonium. The net income of using Hangjin2# multicompound fertilizer in tomato were 1015.94 Yuan/667m2, and it was 975.47 Yuan/667m2 when using American diammonium.The leaf number of cole was 1.34 times when using Hangjin 2# multicompound fertilizer compare to control, and it was 1.15 times when under the American diammonium in the harvest stage. During the harvest stage, the leaf area was increased 23.25% using Hangjin2# multicompound fertilizer and it was increased 21.72% using American diammonium compare to the blank .During earlier growing stage and harvest stage , leaf area index of cole was increased 52.26% and 64.59% separately using Hangjin2# multicompound fertilizer, and it was increased 27.14% and 39.71% using American diammonium. The nitrate reductase activity in cole leaf was increased by using fertilizers. During earlier growing stage and harvest stage, the nitrate reductase activity in cole leaf was increased 52.78% and 67.64% respectively by using Hangjin2# multicompound fertilizer,and it was increased 41.80% and 21.20% by using American diammonium. The content of Chlorophyll a and chlorophyll a/b of cole were increased differently when using fertilizers. The curve of daily dynamic of cole net photosynthesis rate displayed a parabola in harvest stage, without any"middy depression"phenomena. Peak of photosynthesis rate appeared at 12:00. The net photosynthesis and water use efficiency in cole were accelerated when using fertilizers. Fertilizer handling accelerated the absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus and kalium in cole. The availability of total nitrogen, phosphrus and kalium was 57.69%, 11.32% and 55.32% in cole when using Hangjin2# multicompound fertilizer. The availability of nitrogen and phosphrus was 8.74% and 0.29% in cole when using American diammonium. The availability of nitrogen and phosphrus was 6.60 and 39.03 times higher than the American diammonium when using Hangjin2# multicompound fertilizer. The content of the Free amino-acid, Vtamin c, Soluble protein, Crude fibre and Nitrate was increased by using fertilizers. The content of Nitrite in cole was decreased. There was no significant difference between the two fertilizers. The yield of cole were increased respectively by 7.26% and 4.05% using Hangjin2# multicompound fertilizer and American diammonium compare to control. The three treatments had significant differences. Net income of fertilizer in cole was 182.22 Yuan/667m2 when using Hangjin2# multicompound fertilizer, and it was 70.12 Yuan/667m2 using American diammonium.The pH value in soil was decreased 0.25 using Hangjin2# multicompound fertilizer compare to without fertilizer, and it was decreased 0.21 by using American diammonium. Urease activity, Sucrase activity, Polyphenol oxidase activity were increased , and the number of bacterium, fungi, bacterium/fungi, antinomycet and azotobacter of soil were increased by using fertilizers, especially significant in the 0—10,10—20cm soil layer. The content of total nitrogen, phosphorus and kalium were increased by using both fertilizer in soil .According to ANOVA analysis, the three treatments had no significant differences.Consquently, both the Hangjin2# multicompound fertilizer and American diammonium can improve the physiological function in the tomato and cole and increase their yield, ameliorated their quality and the soil environment. The efficiency of Hangjin2# multicompound fertilizer was higher than the American diammonium except some aspect, most of the effeciency of the two kinds of fertilizer's determination indices had no significant differences.
