Including the best time to get the immature embryo,the most suitable methods of sterilization and pretreatment to the immature embryo of hybrid almond, the best way in which how to induce the immature embryo,selection of suitable medium in proliferation and strengthen the shoots and rooting, growth of those little plants,All conclusions and results are below:1. The best time, Growing for 60days after artificial pollination is the best time to get the immature embryo of hybrid Almond.2. Preceding treatment of immature embryo, It reveals that soaking immature embryo by NaClO (2.0%) for 20 min , alcohol (75% m/m) for 30s and HgCl2 (0.1% m/m) for 10¹1 min.3. Inducing, It reveals MS medium is the suitable for the immature embryo of hybrid almond.4. Proliferation ,It reveals that G+ BA 1.0mgï¹’L^-1+ IBA 0.1 mgï¹’L^-1 is the suitable for the multiplication medium of hybrid almond.5. Strengthen the shoots, It reveals that G+ BA 0.5mgï¹’L^-1+ IBA 0.1 mgï¹’L^-1,G+ BA 0.5mgï¹’L^-1+ IBA 0.2 mgï¹’L^-1,G+ BA 0.5mgï¹’L^-1+ IBA 0.15 mgï¹’L^-1 have better effect for the strength culture.6. Rooting, The best treatment for rooting is the two steps method. First, putting the explants in 1/2Ms+BA0.04 mgï¹’L^-1+ IBA2.0 mgï¹’L^-1 for 9d dark treat , soaking the explants in IBA100 mgï¹’L^-1 for 90 min, lasting in 1/2MSmedia without any growth hormone.7.
