| In a single factorial arrangement of treatments, Yak and Tibetan sheep were study in two period, The aim of first study is to discuss the effect of rumen NH3-N and MCP of Yak with control-releasing urea diet, Four two-year old Yaks fitted with permanent rumen fistula were fed quantificational different CP diet(containing urea diet, without urea diet, control-releasing urea diet) respectively every period in experimentation base of Academy of Animal and Veterinary Science. Yak and Tibetan sheep were feed control-releasing urea diet for adding weight experiment and digestion rate experiment of grass and intake experiment in second period of cold season in Haibei Tongbao pasturage. The results indicated that:(1) pH and NH3–N concentration change quickly in rumen of yak with contain urea diet in a day, but slowly with without urea diet and control-releasing urea diet. Changing range of MCP is great, but releasing speed of energy and NH3–N is synchronous, compounding quantity of MCP is very much. There is terribly remarkable differences between control-releasing urea diet and containing urea diet, so is there between control-releasing urea diet and without urea diet (p<0.01). pH,NH3–N concentration and MCP content in rumen of yak with control-releasing urea diet is better than those of contain urea diet and without urea diet, that's show control-releasing urea diet is well about adding CP diet for Yak and it is safe and high efficient CP nutrition diet.(2)That Yak and Tibetan sheep were feed control-releasing urea diet can improve digestion rate of grass and every day's adding weight, but not affect intake. When Yak were feed urea 10g,20g,30g and 50g(control-releasing urea diet), digestion rate of grass improve 5.31%,11.54%,15.36% and 20.00% respectively, digestion rate of CP improve 4.63%,8.74%,10.36% and 11.28% respectively; When Tibetan sheep were feed urea 10g,15gand 20g(control-releasing urea diet), digestion rate of grass improve 8.40%,12.99% and 15.73% respectively, digestion rate of CP improve 10.32%,14.42% and 15.36% respectively. Feed control-releasing urea diet in 62 days weight Yak and Tibetan sheep add 2.7% and 2.4% respectively, there is terribly remarkable differences between comparison treat and experiment treat(p<0.01). |
