Effect Of The Chinese Traditional Medicine CN-Ⅱ On Immunity Level In The Calf

In order to study the effects of the Chinese traditional medicine CN-Ⅱon the immunity level inthe calves, twelve healthy calves selected from the pasture of Tianyi of the city of Hunchun weretested. They were divided into three groupstwo was experimental group given medicine in tendays,experimentalⅠgroup given 4g medicine in every day; experimentalⅡgroup given 6gmedicine in everyday, Blood samples were collected at the 10th, 20th, 30th day after being givenmedicine respectively; the RBC C3b receptor rosette rate and the immune complete rosette rate; thelymphocyte transformation rate; the formation rate of Ea—rosette of T lymphocyte and EAC—leiof B lymphocyte; Phagocytic peripheral blood neutrophils and phagocytic index rate; the level ofSerum immunoglobulin to determinate.Blood conventional determination: the white blood cell total, theuninuclear cell quantity, thered blood cell quantity, the hemoglobincontent of two experimental groups at the 10th dayseparately compare with the control group, the difference is remarkable(p＜0.05), uninuclear cell,the RBC total, the hemoglobin content of the experimentalⅡgroup at the 20th day separatelycompares with the control group, the difference is remarkable (p＜0.05).Cellular immune level determination: the formation rate of Ea rose—rosette of twoexperimental groups separately compares with the control group at the 10th day, the difference isremarkable very much(p＜0.01); the formation rate of Ea rose—rosette of two experimental groupsseparately compare with the control group at the 20th day, the difference is remarkable(p＜0.05); the lymphocyte transformation rate of two experimental groups compare with thecontrol group at the 10th,20th day, the difference is remarkable extremely(p＜0.01); the lymphocytetransformation rate of experimentalⅡgroup of newborn calves at the 30th day compare with thecontrol group, the difference is remarkable(p＜0.05).The function determination of Phagocytic peripheral blood neutrophils: Phagocyticperipheral blood neutrophils and phagocytic index rate of two experimental groups compare withthe control group at the 10th, 20th day, the difference is remarkable extremely(p＜0.01); Phagocyticperipheral blood neutrophils and phagocytic index rate of two experimental groups compare withthe control group at the 30th day, the difference is remarkable(p＜0.05); Phagocytic peripheralblood neutrophils and phagocytic index rate of experimentalⅡgroup compare with the control group at the 30th day, the difference is remarkable (p＜0.05).The immune function determination of RBC: the RBC C_3b receptor rosette rate and theimmune complete rosette rate of two experimental groups compare with the control group at the10th day, the difference is remarkable (p＜0.05); the RBC receptor immune complete rosette rateof experimentalⅡgroup compares with the control group at the 20th day, the difference isremarkable (p＜0.05).The immune level determination of juice: the formation rate of EAC—lei,the level ofSerum immunoglobulin compare with the control group at the 10th day, the difference isremarkable (p＜0.05), the formation rate of EAC—lei of experimentalⅡgroup compares with thecontrol group at the 20th day, the difference is remarkable (p＜0.05).The results showed that there were significant differences. We can know that the Chinesetraditional medicine CN-Ⅱcan enhance Blood samples, the RBC immunity level, the immunitylevel of cell, Humoral immunity level and Neutrophil function.To further check the Chinese traditional medicine CN-Ⅱon the immunity level in the calves,the 96 newborn calves test for the control.The results showed that the experimental group wassignificantly higher than the control group (45.8％). It showed that newborn calves not yet welldeveloped at birth and immune organs, have immunity slowly, haveing given a certain amount ofmedicine could significantly improve the newborn calves immunity, improve the protection rateof the newbom calves.
